"The staff were amazing, especially todos and Emmy! They always greeted me with a smile and ensured I had a great day / evening. The airport shuttle was amazing. The property had a very central location tgat allows you to walk to shops and restaurants."

"Enjoyed my short stay. However the single room (this specific room) was small and was a little stuffy because of the lack of fans or AC. There was some noise above the room from the restaurant. Other than these my stay was great. Breakfast was lovely, the staff was very hospitable and the airport shuttle was so helpful. Really appreciate the care they put into the experience of my stay. I’ll recommend Velvet Suites again."

"Overall, this was a beautiful, relaxing place to stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My one complaint was communication before my arrival. I emailed and would wait for a few days and needed to send a message via WhatsApp for a response. I had arranged a market tour and cooking class weeks on advance, but it felt like those running the cooking class were not prepared for the start time."

"It was a short staycation for my hubby’s bday. Over all everything was great. Except the sauna and steam room wasn’t working. There wasn’t any cocktails available by the pull side. And our couples massage wasn’t the best we’ve had. Aside those little things, everything else made his bday great."
