"A nice modern hotel that was very clean with AC and WIFI located at a great bus hub so getting around was very easy."

"We were very fortunate to have a room in the front with a wonderful lake view. The hotel is comfortable older property, but the room and bathroom were large and spotless. Location is excellent, right next to the bus stop close to the town. Restaurant is excellent. Only negative is the absence of a grab bar in the bathtub/shower."

"The first day: we arrived to find out that both rooms that we booked had, attention - extremely dirty toilet closets. We had only a weekend trip, why would it be even a problem for such a premium hotel to give rooms in these conditions to guests? After I reported that the toilet in my room had an issue, the staff acted as if it wasn’t a big deal. "Quiet small little chapel in courtyard. Swimming pool on property. Beautiful views and great dinner on terrace. Close to bus stop to main Lugano station. Wanted to stay an extra night but they were sold out. Wonderful stay."
