"Loved the comfortable bed, basement parking, heated pool, gym facilities and the water dispensers located on each floor. Location is good too as it's within walking distance to Kea Farm. Many thanks to the kind and hospitable staff, they were so pleasant from check-in till check-out!"

"Beautiful area, spacious rooms and comfortable bed. Tv was also modern. However no frigde in the room, location is really beautiful but you need a car to get anywhere. Sinds its far from everything. Staff was as you’d expect but nothing special. "

"A perfect mountain retreat. The hotel is in a beautiful location, between the mountains and a golf course. The service was always very attentive and helpful. The rooms are very spacious with all the comforts. Recommended."

"A hotel full of history, very interesting to walk around and discover so many different details. Lovely afternoon tea and good breakfast. But it’s a place that need renovations which I understand is not easy with the humid climate. We enjoyed out stay."

"Gee Tatt, Muin and Osman were excellent hosts. They were welcoming, friendly and attentive. We really enjoyed interacting with the orang asli that lived in the area. Muin demonstrated to us how they used blowpipes and traps to hunt. It was a very enlightening and educational experience. Coming from a very hectic and stressful city environment, the soothing sounds of the waterfall and nature really helped to refresh us. We enjoyed the different varieties of breakfast every morning. "The style of the property was so unique that I took the time to walk around it just to see the different nooks that had been setup. The staff, service and the room were amazing as well! It is a definite must see and stay kind of place"

"We were sent to have fantastic local food at local area, superb. Although the hotel is not surrounded by examples like itself- Bedrock is very comfortable. The staff couldn’t be more helpful. If I was to make one hint, to have more Western options at breakfast like fruit and yogurt. Debbie and Mr Lee were great hosts who will no doubt help in any way"

"A high quality hotel but unfortuantely when we requested for extra 2 pillows, we were given 2 pillows which has wrinkle pillow cases and smells awful. When we brought the pillows down to the receptionist, we were told to bring it back to our room and a dosmetic will bring us another pair of pillows. I think its unacceptable and felt that the receptionist should at least take the dirty pillows from me instead of asking me to bring the smelly pillows back to my room. Also not a word of apolgies from the receptionist."
