"Room was ok, as expected. Housekeeping never cleaned my room even though I was assured of daily service. In the last day starting at 9am housekeeping knocked on my door three times asking me if I was going to leave. They didn’t clean the room before and suddenly they wanted me to leave before check out to clean… on my way out I tried to talk to the hotel manager and she did not even give me the courtesy of looking at me. She just kept typing on her computer and paid no attention to my complaint. I travel to SFL every other week and this was the first time staying here. It is just not worth being treated like that when you have similar hotels everywhere else."
