"I have stayed at this property before. Owners are great. Bed is always clean and the price is great since we are there just to sleep. ***Note: Space is very compact so be aware that you have a lot of luggage. We did not. Location is amazing! "

"Convenient location to restaurants and shops. About 8-10 minutes walking to subway stations and 6015 bus stop to Incheon Airport. Our room is small in my opinion, but the room and the facility is clean. Some traffic noise as the hotel is next to a main avenue. After hours self check-in is easy and straightforward. "

"The location and easy check-in/-out was the only positive part. No elevator to get 4 suitcases to the 4th floor was crazy. No wifi and no personnell to talk to. No big towels. Rust and mold in the bathroom."

"Our experience of Sotetsu Splaisir was very good, although the rooms felt a bit small for a family of 4. Good choice of food for breakfast although opening time of 7am feels a bit late especially considering that tours start at 07h30. The hotel is close to major attractions, centrally located and close to many eateries. Easy to catch the airport bus from there. "
