*Ten Trees* Cabin, Secluded, Near Redwood Parks

Find yourself transfixed by the beauty and peaceful nature surrounding the *Ten Trees* cabin. Privately situated on nearly 30 acres with sweeping views of the mountains and redwoods just outside the house.This 3 bedroom, 2 bath cabin is perfectly situated just 8 minutes from one of the main hubs of the Avenue of the Giants. Great for groups, couple's, fishermen or anyone wanting to unwind at a cozy cabin after a long day of adventures. Starlink has just been added as well.
The space
This is a 2-story home located 8 minutes up from the Avenue of the Giants. Southern exposure, large windows and multiple sliding glass doors showcase the beautiful mountain views visible from the house. The main source of heat is the wood stove--bring your own wood please. There is a floor board heater in the bedroom downstairs and two portable heaters to heat the upstairs units. Three decks surround the house, and make for a perfect indoor/outdoor experience for you and your guests. Fire up the grill on the porch and enjoy your meals on the outdoor furniture provided. Home was thoughtfully built to maximize solar gain in the winter and coolness in the summer. Ample parking is available on site. The house is situated behind a locked gate in a very safe neighborhood. Most houses in this area are situated on large lots. Multiple vineyards surround the neighborhood area.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the house and the driveway area. Please do not try to access any of the detached sheds, as the owner keeps personal belongings in there. You are welcome to walk the property if you'd--we do not currently have a map of trails and property lines available, so please just use common sense, and do not wander off too far from the house. The main attraction of the area are the multitude of amazing redwood hikes nearby.
Other things to note
We are in a rural area, the closest little market is 8 minutes away in Myers Flat. There are a few restaurants and eateries nearby, as well a few local wineries. We encourage you to do most of your big grocery shopping at the larger markets in either the bigger towns of Fortuna/or Garberville, which are both 35+ minutes away, North and South of us.

We have not had the opportunity to stock the wood pile yet this year. We do not provide wood for the wood stove, please stop at the local market to purchase your own for now, and we will update this description when we have purchased wood for the property.

There is wifi at the property via Starlink, as well as cell phone reception. We do not have trash service out this way, so please try to limit leaving excessive amounts of trash for the cleaners to deal with. We haul the trash away once a week.

We do have some security cameras around the outside of the house. We will not have them on during your stay...we turn them on to ensure that our property is protected when guests have checked out, etc, as we are out-of-town owners.
