Think Twice before booking!!! Room / pool nice but the staff are a ZERO. I’ve been traveling Greece 2 months on this trip and this is the first bad experience. Multiple issues: 1. Walked in on ( naked of course) when do not disturb was on. 2. Room service forgot order but they did call back one hour later to take order again. 3. Room service food horrible, I really don’t know how it’s possible to make food so poorly. 4. Breakfast buffet, wait staff are a ZERO. Advice phone one hour ahead to place drink order even though there will only be two other tables. 5. Front desk of new hotel may be RUDEST person on the planet. 6. Our travel companions ordered a pick up from ferry one day prior but the hotel forgot. They eventually got pickup an hour later. 7. Dinner reservations were forgot about, we missed our special dinner. 8.Every guest I have spoken with has had issues with staff. I’ve never seen anything like this before. It’s like a bad joke. Over all it’s clear that there is a lack of any type of professional management or standards for employees. For the price of rooms basic service should be expected unfortunately that is not the case. We spoke with the actual owner when we first arrived and in conversation she told us the hotel was getting bad reviews. I felt bad for her and did not understand. Two days later here I am writing a bad review. If you want anything more than a room this is not the place to stay.
