Fantastic hotel, high end finish. Supper clean, stylish and friendly and helpful staff. Amazing view and very close to the beach. The only recommendation would be to add child friendly menu to the restaurant food.

The location of this hotel is perfect, right crossing the street from Argos Stefanos beach, a beautiful beach to swim, it also has the bus stop 2 min to take you to the bew and old port which are only 5 and 10 min bus ride time, there is also a market store in the corner where you can buy many things. The views from the pool are stunning, and also from the rooms. The place feels quiet, and clean. Beads are so comfy. Breakfast is really good and well served, plus enjoying it with that blowminding view is priceless, speacial thanks to: Babis, konstantinos and Chritina from the restaurant which made every morning felt great with their nice way to treat us. We had some inconvenience with our AC at our arrival, but the staff from front desk gave a quick solution to it, so also to them a lot of thanks. We loved staying here, 100 % recommended.

You will need transportation to get into the Mykonos old town, (bus terminal a short walk down the hill). The hotel was very clean with great views of the bay and ocean. It was a little difficult finding it because the main entrance is on the road, however there is a garage for parking. The staff were very pleasant and well trained. They specialize in breakfast as most guests don't seem to have lunch or dinners there and the wait was quite long for service. We had the double room with a patio and plunge pool. The pool is not a jacuzzi so it is not heated, but it was so hot during the day a cold plunge turned out to be quite refreshing. The amenities were good, and the service staff responding quickly for extra towels and pillows etc. The TV in our room never worked however. We would rate this hotel as good, but could improve in certain areas like food choices for lunch and dinners.

My wife and I booked a Superior Suite at Grace Mykonos expecting a spacious room with a walk-in shower and sea views, as shown on their website and Expedia. As a platinum member on Expedia, we were excited for our stay, but what we received was far from what we had paid for. We were given a cramped room with two sub-rooms, no walk-in shower, and a handheld shower that barely worked. The staff argued it was because we booked through a third party, but the photos were identical on both sites. They claimed our room fell under the "Superior Suite" category, despite not matching the advertised images. After much frustration, they agreed to change our room the next day. The damage was done. The next day, we were upgraded to a room with a plunge pool, which we didn’t ask for. We simply wanted the room we paid for. A staff member admitted the original room was a mistake. Even after moving to the better room, our first night’s experience left us deeply unsatisfied. Reaching out to Expedia for compensation led to more frustration, as they repeatedly passed me around and eventually refused compensation. I strongly urge future guests to double-check with the hotel directly. The misleading photos and poor customer service make Grace Mykonos a place I will never return to.

The Grace hotel is a good option to stay at in Mykonos but it's worth noting that it's located north side of the island in Agios Stefanos and a bit away from the old port, and pretty far away from the south beach clubs that are worth visiting. The beach across the street is in fact very pretty BUT there is only one run down restaurant that charges 40 euros for two chairs and an umbrella. The hotel itself does not have their own beach and you either have to sit on the sand or at this overpriced restaurant. Going to a beach club is definitely an option (at a higher price) but unless you rented an ATV, scooter or car, you'll have to travel by bus to old port, then walk to Fabrika and take another bus to Paradise, Santanna, Scorpios, etc. OR pay the base 40-50 euros for a taxi anywhere you go on the island. With that said, was this hotel nice? sure. Would I stay here again? probably not.
