"Restaurant was bland and the location means you have to pay $40-$70 to go anywhere so unless you came to go only to their small beach, stay somewhere else. The front desk clerk asked for a tip on the checkout after I had tipped the spa, waiters, baggage people… not relax and chateau standard"

"We absolutely LOVED this hotel stay! From the moment we arrived the staff was very friendly and helped us with everything we needed to know about our stay and the island. The hotel provided transport to and from the Mykonos Port at no cost! The best hotel staff I’ve ever encountered. The hotel was stunning! Everything was super clean and very aesthetically pleasing. The food at the hotel was so good we only went out to eat once lol. Pretty affordable for the island. We can’t wait to come back!!!...

"We came for our honeymoon and stayed for 5 nights! The hotel staff was phenomenal, I can’t express how sad we were to leave because we felt like we got to see and talk to them a lot and became quite close. Everyone was so friendly and sweet and helpful. Loved how close the bus stop was and easy it was to get to the town and back. We can’t wait to come back and will be telling everyone about the hotel!"

The Spa experience was truly wonderful. It has a large pool with many sunbathing beds and lunge chairs. The hotel room a perfect size and the bed was super comfortable. "Our problem was that on arrival we were told that we had been upgraded. We assumed it was for the whole week we were there but it was only for 3 nights. After that we were in 2 different rooms. We had to insist that after only one might in a room, our next room would be for the remaining 3 nights. We are both elderly and need consistency. Perhaps initially a different room was found for us because the booked room was down many steep steps. But the "upgrade" was not made clear. Nobody wants to go...
