The view and pool at this place is amazing! Equally as impressive was their customer service. The staff at the Nimbus were always willing to go the extra mile. It was the best customer service I’ve ever had at a hotel.

I cannot say enough about this beautiful adults only hotel. Stay here!!! It's perfect. Beautiful clean rooms, full service restaurant, spa, gym ,complementary restaurant quality breakfast, personalized transportation within minutes, room service. Checks all my boxes for things. However the staff exceeded my expectations!!! They are all so warm and kind and friendly and fun it was the cherry on top!!! There is no price for top notch service and that what you will het if you come here

The suite was gorgeous and very roomy with its own jacuzzi overlooking the beautiful Aegean Sea. The staff made us feel like royalty and they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was fun and safe. One of the staff members made us a late night pizza and brought a bottle of wine even tho the kitchen was closed. He heard us talking about celebrating my friend’s bday and the next morning the staff came to our breakfast table with a special desert singing happy birthday. Loved our stay and cant recommend it enough!

My husband and I had the absolute pleasure of staying at this villa for two and a half weeks and it was truly one of the highlights of our entire trip to Greece. We stayed in Deluxe 2, and our suite was stunning! beautifully designed spacious, and complete with a private heated pool. It was very clean from the bedding to the bathroom to the floors everything was perfect. The villa is also located just a 2-minute walk from a beautiful beach one of the most popular (super paradise beach which includes 4 restaurants & 4 different options for day beds to buy for the day. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was above and beyond. They arranged transportation from the airport, and a driver was always available to take us wherever we needed to go. The team provided us with a full list of curated local recommendations and even booked unforgettable experiences for us from a catamaran cruise to several other amazing excursions. Everything was handled with such care and ease. But what truly made this stay unforgettable were the people. Every member of the staff from the bartenders and receptionists to the waiters, waitresses, and housekeepers welcomed us with open hearts. They truly represent what Greece is all about: love, warmth, and genuine connection (agapi). We will never forget the people we met here they became such a special part of our journey. Martha

The most beautiful resort overlooking the incredible super paradise beach. Every aspect of our stay was incredible. The staff go out of their way to make your stay memorable, they cater for your every need. The accommodation is stunning and the views are unforgettable. You will not find better food on the island either. The best there is in Mykonos.

Although the hotel is not in town, it has breathtaking views, 3min walk to the Super Paradise beach, which is amazing, and a beautiful pool area. The resort has amazing food and drinks, and well staffed to book transfer to get to town as often as you would like. Overall amazing time!

We loved our stay at Nimbus! The rooms are gorgeous and the pools and views of the beach are so heavenly. It’s a quick and easy walk down to the beach and the pool is very nice and relaxing. The staff is the best part — very accommodating, friendly, and always available! I will definitely miss the continental breakfast, so make sure not to miss out! The rooms were spotless, spacious, and comfortable as well.

Our stay at Nimbus My Aktis was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful, they gave us a great dinner recommendation to go to Kiki’s Tavern which was one of our favourite meals in Greece so far. The facilities were clean and the view is spectacular! The staff also went out of their way to provide us with everything we needed, including batteries when ours died. Would definitely stay there again!

This hotel was a dream. The lobby, the property, the room, the pool, the restaurant. I cannot express the beauty enough. Beyond the incredible location & set up staff was absolutely incredible. I give this property 10/10! The property is beautiful, cozy boho chic aesthetics, clean, with beautiful views and an EXCEPTIONAL staff! I stayed here for about 6-7 days for my birthday and I was more than pleased! They definitely made it special! Everyone from the managers/ receptionist (Andrew, others whose names I can't remember at this time), bartender (Vasilis), to cleaning crew were phenomenal and very friendly. They took very great care of us during our stay even making various accommodations to ensure we were comfortable. They were attentive to our needs and prompt with responding to each and EVERY request. Extremely personable where they greeted you by name. It was evident that customer service was their primary focus. I have had some nice experiences while on vacation but this was the BEST thus far. It is in a great location and the villa we had was a 2 BR with beautiful views of the sea with a private pool-it was perfect. The breakfast is included and is really good. Refrigerator always stocked with complimentary water and room service dining was a breeze. It is near Jackie O beach club that plays music all day but this did not bother me at all. Overall I felt the noise level was good and I slept fine. I loved it here that I almost extended it an extra day! I have already recommended this property to friends and family when traveling to Mykonos. Thank you guys for making my day special!

Never Stay Here! Waste of Money! Room Smelt!

I will never stay here again. We paid almost $1,000.00 for two nights, which i had no problem with if it was worth it. 1st incident that happened was that the driver we scheduled with the hotel was an hour late to pick us up. When we called and asked what was going on, she told me that he was waiting for us, but got tired of waiting. The hotel had our contact information, but never called us to let us know. When we got to the hotel at 6pm, our room was still not ready. Check in time is at 3pm, so why wasn't our room ready? When we were trying to check in and it took two hours for them to fix our key. They only give you one key per room also, when you request a key they refuse to give you one. The next day we scheduled with the hotel(big mistake) to get transportation. It took them almost 4 hours to get a taxi to the hotel to bring my husband to get the ATV. The entire time we stayed our AC in the room was not working. When we asked for them to fix it, they did absolutely nothing. My husband who is in the HVAC industry said to them he thinks the AC needs refrigerant, they told my husband to fix it himself. Talk about rude? Management told my husband to fix the AC himself...If he had tools he would, but the hotel didn't even have tools to fix the AC. This Hotel was the biggest waste of Money! All the BS that we had to deal with, the hotel never once offered a discount Every person other guest we spoke to about their experience at the hotel all said the same thing. Horrible!

L’hotel è praticamente accanto al famoso Jackie’o quindi comodissimo per far serata. Si sente la musica di discoteca dino a tardi, ma non in camera, perché sono ben insonorizzate. Bella e completa anche la palestra e la spa. Nel complesso un ottima scelta.

Ein super schönes stylisches Hotel am Hang mit Blick auf das Meer. Generell sehr sehr netter Service, vor allem Sophia und Galini waren sehr sehr nett und freundlich und immer super gut gelaunt.
