This resort sets the bar very high on luxury and amenities. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the location is perfect and close to bus routes and beaches. The pool bar and restaurant are lovely. The rooms are relaxing and well maintained. The breakfast is phenomenal!! We will stay here again and again.

Amazing Hotel

The hotel is incredible, such beautiful views of Mykonos. Staff upon arriving so welcoming and continued that way the whole trip. Maria the manager was amazing and also Mikey from the restaurant both so friendly and made you feel special. Will definitely be returning as really loved Mykonos & this hotel

Very nice property with great views and a wonderful staff. Pool area is a bit tight but really nice. Food was good, not great. Fitness center was tiny. Rooms were well maintained, equipped and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend if you are looking for a low key and relaxing experience with top notch service.

Unfortunately due to travel delays we lost a lot of time at this property but when we arrived they made sure to expedite our checking and set up transportation for that evenings dinner. The young lady at the boutique was amazing in helping us get clothes since our luggage didn’t arrive until midnight before checkout. Breakfast was delicious and the short time on property was delightful. Wonderful view of the water.

Everything and everyone were fantastic! We had a great time in what was our first time in Mykonos. Hotel esthetic was simple and chic, the food was good, though we only had breakfast and some snacks. The drinks were also really good.

Such a great time at the hotel. Staff members are one of the most nicest people I know. Really polite and helpful. Me and my wife felt really comfortable around them. Fabulous hotel with a lovely spacious room (suite with 2 x double rooms) and stunning views out to sea. The infinity pool is not huge but plenty big enough and nice and cool to take the heat out of the day. My only feedback would be the lack of shade around the pool in the afternoon perhaps more could be done in this area. The staff at this hotel are all amazing and we had a great experience from check-in through to departure. The manager is super-friendly and helpful (sorry can't remember his name) and Bernadette is great at breakfast time and deserves a special mention. Breakfast was excellent with wide choice of hot and cold foold of a high quality on offer each morning. All in all a great stay and would highly recommend the Once in Mykonos hotel!

We loved our two bedroom suite! We do wish it didn’t have the bushes for privacy, but we understand. Also the water of the pool was a bit cold, but overall in a great spot and easily walkable to restaurants and beach clubs. Perfect location to be in between town and the different beaches.

This hotel was fabulous. The service was absolutely amazing. Everyone was so accommodating. They are constantly giving little treats which was an extra bonus. 10 minute taxi to town but walkable to lots of different restaurants and a beach option just a little walk away. The food was really good at the hotel as well. The room was great. Comfortable bed and great shower. It was spotless and I felt like they cleaned it or checked on it multiple times a day. We love George and the night time bartender. Just a great place overall. Highly recommend.
