The property is a stand-alone traditional house on a 4.000 sm plot and it offers unique privacy to its residents.

In the spacious outdoor area, you can relax and sunbathe by the private infinity pool with a magnificent view. The outdoor area is also a perfect location for lunch and romantic dinners It features a large table for 10 guests under a large pergola where you can dine enjoying the sea view and the sunset colours and shades.

The property is built in two levels separated by only two steps. There is a comfortable living area with three sofas (two of them are made of stone) and a dining area with a table for up to 8 guests. The living rooms offer direct access to three wonderful verandas where you could take your breakfast or dinner enjoying also the magnificent sea view. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances: Espresso machine, dishwasher, microwave etc.

The property includes two bedrooms with spacious bathrooms. The first bedroom has a double queen size bed and an en suite bathroom and the other has three comfortable single beds the two of them are joined in a double king size bed according to guests' needs.

There is Air Conditioning in all rooms including the living room.

The property is environmentally friendly and has the lowest energy footprint (e.g. energy production by solar panels, solar water heater, drainage system for water collection, extensive use of stone, garden with low demand for water).
