"The villa gave us just what we needed - rest and relaxation. Lovely to find a few essentials like bread and milk when we arrived very late at night. Very dark on the porch, so our mobile torch came in handy to do the key safe code. Very tidy house inside and out. Pool guy came regularly and kept it spotless. A gardener appeared too and sprayed some weedkiller round the garden at one point so I steered clear of that. Maria came to clean and change bedding/towels midweek and was so lovely....

"Disappointing first opinion. Overgrown garden, particularly the banana palms alongside the villa completely shades the pool area in November, but i suspect this wouldn't have been an issue earlier in the year, or if the palms had been trimmed. We had to carryout one or two other general repairs on arrival. Two of the showerheads were blocked, although these were quickly changed by maintenance contract, stairway light not working at all, again quickly fixed. Solar water heating was definitely non...

"The Villa is spacious, comfortable and clean, My only criticism would be is that the dried flowers, vases and covers on the sofas need to go. Brighter covers on the sofas and beds."

"Great location away from hustle and bustle. Easy to find and easy to get to Latchi fir all the water sports etc. Sun beds at villa are dated and weren’t enough usable ones for whole group as broken ones in underground storage and not replaced. Beautiful villa location and sunset views ."

"Far enough away from the resort/harbour but only a short walk or less than 5 minute drive. Close to Polis to get everything you need from a large supermarket to make it possible to stay a few days at the villa without leaving."
