Wonderfully attentive staff throughout the hotel, in particular Anna who worked around the pool, and in the restaurant in the evenings was fabulous. The buffet options in the main restaurant were pretty good for breakfast and dinner. And the other restaurants - which you pay extra for, had truly delicious food.. in all of them as. Despite the hotel being full, it never felt busy. Evening entertainment could be better, the singer we saw a couple of times unfortunately was not the best. All in all a fantastic stay!"

"Check in was wonderful, Vasiliki was very polite and professional. Finding the parking of the hotel was a tricky one. There were 5 spaces near the entrance - all taken when we arrived, so we parked on the street and got a ticket. The room was spacious and beautiful. Being on the ground floor, there is no balcony, instead a lovely space with table and chairs, and sea view. There is no mosquito net, though and the isolation allows you to hear everything in the hallway and the next room. The negative surprise was 2 empty mini bars and the fact that you need to pay for a bottle of water, in an all inclusive hotel. You also nees to go to the reception desk to get a key for the safe and, again, pay for it. The next negative surprise was the lack of amenities. There are no slippers, minimum bathroom amenities, no laundry bag and no bathrobe, not even even places to hang the towels :( I would never expect that a 4 star hotel will not have slippers or bathrobes, that was so disappointing. When I called for an iron and ironing board - the hotel does not provide ironing board and the iron you need to take from the reception desk, personnel can not bring it to the room. They eventually found an ironing board and even managed to deliver everything in the room. Last, hopefully, surprise, after calling to ask for a late check out, we were informed that we can use the room until 16:00 with a surcharge. Perfectly normal, of course, accept when you have informed the personnel th"

"The owners were amazingly courteous, friendly, and professional. The property was beautiful and clean, and all staff were always willing to help in any way they could. The pool was always refreshing and relaxing, and there was a fully-stocked pool bar for drinks. Meals were served buffet style, and the dining area oversaw the pool. The rooms had either pool view, mountain view, or partial sea view. I would definitely stay here again! <3"
