Perched on an elevated location in the historic village of Margarites, overlooking the picturesque countryside, Sunshine Villa blends comfort with fairytale charm. Surrounded by lush greenery, the villa offers a serene and peaceful environment to unwind and recharge, while gazing at the sea and horizon afar.
Sunshine Villa features one bedroom accommodating two guests with the flexibility to host a third if needed. Sunshine Villa is an all-year destination for those wishing to disconnect and get close to nature.
Layout
Ground floor
The living room, as the rest of the Villa, is decorated in a boho, yet rustic style, and it features a 50 smart TV with Netflix, A/C, a comfy seating area with a sofa, accommodating the third guest, an armchair, a coffee table, and an open fireplace. A Bluetooth speaker and board games are also available for stay-in nights. The fully equipped, single-line kitchen provides everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including built-in appliances and an adjacent indoor dining table for 4. This space also features a modern and elegant bathroom with a shower. Finally, two different doors offer direct access to the pool terrace.
First floor
Ascending to the first floor, you will find an attic-style bedroom with a king-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m), and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower. This bedroom also includes closet space, as well as a safety box, a 43 smart TV, a ceiling fan, A/C, a vanity, and a washing machine.
Outdoor Area
With its idyllic setting, nestled in the heart of nature, Sunshine Villa will make you feel like youve stepped into a fairytale, being the perfect place for you to bask in the warm sunshine and soak up the beauty of the natural surroundings. The outdoor area covers 500m2 and offers many facilities, including:
-A private, 48 sqm swimming pool with waterfall and hydromassage function, 1,5 m deep.
-The pool area is equipped with 2 sun beds, 2 chaise longues, a hammock, side tables, a poolside shower, and an umbrella so you can enjoy the pool all day long in comfort.
-An outdoor living room which is second to none. Under an impressive wooden pergola, guests will find a gas BBQ with sink, a round outdoor dining area for 4, a seating area with 2 sofas and a coffee table, as well as a 75 TV.
-The terrace is beautifully landscaped and adorned with trees, flowers, and well-manicured lawn areas.
- Parking space for one car inside the Villa premises.
- The whole Villa is fully fenced and has a gated entrance offering security and full privacy to our guests.

Note: Winter period (November - March): Please note that firewood for the fireplace can be provided by the owner with an additional charge. A supply of 60-70 kg of wood is sufficient for one day when the consumption is at a normal level. The charge for this quantity of wood will be 15EUR.


**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR15 per night from April to October and EUR4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.
