Wouldn’t order breakfast as it was cold by time we got it and first day we had a choice but last two days it was minimal and coffee and omelette was cold . "Excellent staff and excellent service. They constantly texted us about our arrival, have a porter to help with luggage, helped arrange restaurant reservations and also helped tell us where to go. Breakfast basket is delivered to your room. Super convenient right in the main square close to the bus stop. Hotel room was a few steps down and away from all the touristy noise so we slept very comfortably. Beautiful views"

"Upon arrival to Oia, Nikos from Secret Gem, met us and guided us to our room. He was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. Every morning we woke up to our breakfast basket at our window and they were delicious. He gave us many pointers on how to navigate and tour the island, which helped us bypass all the busy tourism/cruisers traffic. We had an amazing time! Thank you for making our visit special! "

"This is a cave hotel cut into the cliffs overlooking the caldera. The view is spectacular from your balcony and the hotel has a prime viewing areas for the sunset that allows you to avoid the crowds waiting for hours in the hot sun. Staff if very responsive. Room is basic and the breakfast is nothing special but if you want to stay right in the middle of everything this is for you "

"Loved our stay! The host was very nice and helped us with our luggage and settled us in. They even provide a shuttle service from the airport and to the ferry for a cost but it was better then getting a taxi. The room was spacious and clean. We had issues with the door but that was quickly resolved. The breakfast was so good and quick! Defs recommend! "

"Good location if you don’t mind taking the bus into Chora or walking down to the beach. My recommendation is to rent an ATV if you stay here. Incredible view and the employees were very kind. My only complaints would be that the bathroom smelt like sewage from time to time, probably a plumbing issue. And they also hit you with a €3 a day charge at the end of your stay. 4/5"
