This property is a Myrtle Beach landmark and features an expansive pool deck with indoor and outdoor pools. On-site you will find the Ground Floor Cafe, proudly serving Starbucks and sweet treats. Indigo Coastal Kitchen on the second floor is open for breakfast and dinner. Hours vary by season. During our warmest months, we open our pool bar during our warmest months and schedule live entertainment on the pool deck.

THINGS TO KNOW
Free Attraction Ticket Program - All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation, and additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites. Children's Activities - This program is available at Patricia Grand and Bay Watch from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, pool games, and more!Snowbird Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets, and more! This property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina LLC.

Great Value

Everything was clean, great balcony view, friendly staff. It was out first time to Myrtle beach, weather turned out better than expected. Location was great, we were able to walk most places. This condo being a small studio had everything we needed and was well worth the price.

Overall we loved our stay at this resort and in this room. Great amenities and great price. The bed was the only negative. It was well used with a hole/crater wore into the center of it.

The pools are nice and big, but not deep. They have good seating around the pool, but the pool deck shown in photos is no longer there. The bar area had good drinks and food. The room itself was not very clean and customer service was not very helpful.

We had a wonderful time. Everything was as described in the ad. Direct access to the beach, covered garage, gym... We stayed in a suite with a kitchen, so I was able to cook during our time here, but who doesn't want to cook they have a restaurant with breakfast and dinner and a bar near the pools and hot tub. The building accepts small dogs, this was not a problem for us at any time. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to family and friends.

The bathroom was very small, which is fine...there's only 2 of us in this room. The shower felt amazing!!! However, anytime myself or my husband showered it would get so hot, even with leaving the door open just a little, and turning the fan on. As soon as you stepped out of the shower, you would sweat.

Stay Away!!!

Absolutely the worst experience we have ever had. We showed up to the place, and it was less than stellar, but we thought we were getting what we paid for. The apartment wasn't the cleanest and smelled. The sheets and the towels smelled like they hadn't been washed. Within the first couple of days, we started noticing bites on our bodies. To summarize, we left, and the hotel room gave us bed bugs!!! Our luggage, clothes, and other personal items were infested. It spread to our home. Should have smelled the sheets and just left the place and demanded a refund. Just awful, stay away!!

We loved the view from our room and our 6 year old had a blast in the indoor pool! Staff at Indigo Coastal Kitchen and Starbucks truly made our stay even better. They went out of their way to talk to our 6 year old daughter and made her feel so special! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Patricia Grand!

My Birthaversary Stay

Me and my husband were celebrating my Birthday and our 1 year Anniversary. Check in was simple and fast. The room was amazing from a 19th floor view. Customer service was excellent. The unit was OK. Too many dogs. I Love dogs. But it was over the top. The phone did not work and I had to clean the bathroom when we arrived. The view was spectacular and the location was perfect. The mattress wasn’t great so overall it was OK.
