WiFi provided. This is a Non-Smoking Unit. This Condo is located across the street from the ocean, a very short walking distance.

Condo is very clean and nicely decorated. Many new upgrades; balconys, sliding doors, windows, hall bath, paint, décor, bed, TVs. For your entertainment, we provide 4 TV's, and stereo. And for your sleeping comfort the Master bedroom has a King Size bed and 2nd and 3rd bedrooms offer a Queen Size and two twin beds. Lighted wet bar ready for golfers at the 19th Hole. Ceiling fans in all rooms. We receive the most compliments for our stocked kitchen which includes most amenities found at home. Condo includes screened porch with ceiling fan overlooking courtyard pool and open balcony off master bedroom.

For your convenience we provide beach chairs. Also have boogie boards for the kids and some beach toys.

This is a 'smoke-free' Condo. Motorcycles are not permitted. Pets are NOT allowed. Linens (one time set-up) and departure cleaning included in rental fee.

Pelican's Landing is located on Shore Drive and only a short walk to the popular Ocean Annies Beach Club and the Apache Fishing Pier. Two pools on site, children's playground, a putting green, BBQ grills, picnic tables, pool lounge chairs, elevator and luggage carts for your convenience.

GREAT LOCATION! Over 100 golf courses. Walking distance to Ocean Annie's (oceanfront dancing and outside Tiki Bar). Walking distance to Flip Flops Bar and Grill. Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach are both nearby. Restaurant Row is within minutes of Shore Drive, Super Wal-Mart, Tanger Factory Outlet and the New Bass Pro Shop. Too many great restaurants, lounges, and entertainment to list.

Great location short walk to the beach

We had a great stay at pelicans landing. Condo was clean and met all of our needs. Dan is responsive with any questions/concerns. Close to the beach and ocean Annie's. Nice pool and pool area.

Easy Myrtle Stay!!

My husband and I booked this condo for our friend's wedding at the Dunes Club in Myrtle Beach and it was perfect! We stayed there with three other friends and it was the perfect size for us (3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms). The condo was clean, had everything we needed, and check-in and check-out were easy. Dan was an awesome host and promptly answered all my questions. The unit also had beach chairs and laundry which was a huge plus! Not to mention - it's only one block away from the beach!! Ideal!! It was also in quick walking distance to flip flops (restaurant and bar), an awesome coffee shop, a general store, liquor store, and Annie's beach bar!

Fantastic

Our family has been going to Myrtle-beach for 21years in a row. This property was one our favorites because of how nice, clean, and location. The property owner was/is fantastic and answered every question without hesitation...5 stars!!! Flip Flop Bar, market, coffee place and ice cream place right around the corner, LOCATION!

Great Family vacation

My family enjoyed our stay at this condo. Great location and condo was well stocked to meet our needs. If I had to be picky and recommend one thing, I would suggest adding an ice cream scoop to the kitchen. But definitely not an real issue! We would stay here again!

Myrtle Beach Ripley’s Adventure

We enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable and everything we needed was there. I didn’t get a chance to walk to the beach on this trip. However, my daughter and friend did a brief walk there. We spent most of our time on Broadway and visiting Ripley’s activities. It was nice to return to a nice place away from home. I will definitely be contacting you again to stay in your nice and comfortable condo. Thanks for allowing us to stay there.

Exactly What We Wanted

Its nice to show up to a property and have it match your expectations from the listing. The place was very nice and the owner was very responsive, polite and helpful. I wasn't very familiar with the area but turns out it was a great location. All around, super pleased with this spot and will probably book again if we decide to do another Myrtle Golf trip again.

Great Stay at Pelican's Landing

My family loved this place. It was clean and beautifull decor. It was comfortable and was stocked with everything we needed. It had nice view from screened balcony and close enough to walk to the beach. It also not far from grocery stores and shops. Great place

Budget Friendly

We stayed at this property for 1 week. 2 adult couples, 7 year old and a 4 year old. PROS: The property has a good location, easy walk down to the beach and very close to a nice pool. Nice grilling area. The kitchen is smaller, but definitely big enough for vacation cooking. Great bath towel supplies, having the laundry there was nice! Pretty good soundproofing in the building, we could hear the neighbors above us, but it was not too loud. CONS: OMG the beds. We should have kicked the little kids out of their twin beds and taken those. The Queen sized bed has a 5 inch foam topper that is like sleeping on a giant marshmallow. We removed it, but the mattress below was not much better. The king sized bed has a giant bump in the middle, so my in-laws felt uncomfortable. The sheets were cheap and scratchy. We tried the sofabed in the living room, whew awful! The entire condo needed a really good deep cleaning. The fan blades were grimy, there was dirt and stickiness around the kitchen and the floor. The pots and pans were plentiful, but mostly scratched up and wobbly. Perhaps not a big deal for many, but as a chef, I would have appreciated pans that were in better condition. All together, it was OK. Not somewhere I would say was amazing, but for the price, it was cheap and simple vacation. A bed update and a good cleaning would make this so much better!!

Awesome unit

I had forgotten that we rented this unit before. But Dan the owner remembered. It is very well kept, and convenient location to beach. Security is tight. They were all over it first day, I had a reminder notice about needing to fill the parking pass out properly and make sure it was in view.
