Indigo Coastal Kitchen on the second floor is open for breakfast and dinner. Hours vary by season. During our warmest months, we open our pool bar during our warmest months and schedule live entertainment on the pool deck.

THINGS TO KNOW
Free Attraction Ticket Program - All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation, and additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites. Children's Activities - This program is available at Patricia Grand and Bay Watch from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, pool games, and more!Snowbird Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets, and more! This property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina LLC.

Want to save money, but found roaches.

I went for a vacation. So I disconnected myself from all the worries and enjoy the beach. Wasnot happy with 2 bites...don't know if was fleas or bedbugs. I did report that too.

Good and not so good

Our room had a great view of the beach, was well appointed and clean, but needed some updating. The hotel and grounds were busy and not too clean. There was garbage in hallways here and there and it needed a good cleaning and some updates also. Staff were very friendly. Parking was good even though we had an oversized vehicle there was still good parking outside of the parking garage. Beach was steep into the water, not as gradual as I would like, though obviously nothing can be done about that. Very commercialized location. Better for the younger crowd.

Mold under desk. Sweeper at front door hanging off and I tripped on it. Toilet so wobbly that It almost fell over. Toilet water ran all night. Shower drain stopped up. Base boards filthy. Beds lumpy. Pillows lumpy.

Patricia Grand is Great - This Particular Room Wasn’t

We always stay at the Patricia Grand. They are great! I especially love that they are pet friendly, but they also have the best views, pools, and hot tubs! However, this room was not in the best shape. The toilet moved side to side - I was scared to death it was going to break. A cabinet door was broken. The lamp was rusted and desperately needed replaced. We stayed a week and they never replenished the room, we had to call and ask for more towels constantly. There were only two of us but we like to shower daily. All in all, great trip and we will be back - just not to this particular room.

Good value for money

We loved the view!!!!! The hotel was older and our room was quite small. My brother found a cockroach in his room and we were hoping to switch floors like he did but they were unable to accommodate. That made the older room feel dirtier, although we did not see anything we did not feel comfortable using the kitchen. The pool would have been amazing in their prime, lots of space, indoor and outdoor bug definitely require some upgrades. The in house restaurant had amazing service and the food was great! For the cost we still feel like we had a great stay. The view and location could not have been any better!

Vacation stay

The room was decent but could use some updating. And the balcony could use a good cleaning after each stay. A lot of sand on the balcony and in the door track. Beds and pillows were comfortable. There seemed to be no cold water in the shower but plenty of hot water.

Girls getaway

Good overall but....

My spouse and I stayed 3days and 2 nights. The place was nice. Could have had cleaner blanket on the bed. There was a blood stain on the other side of the blanket on one of the beds. The other bed was okay. But overall my experience was great! Nice, friendly people. Check in was very fast! I will return.

Hotel was made out to be this Grand place and ended up being a one star hotel. The front desk workers were nice but the rest of the staff were not so much and the rooms look great in photos but not once we arrived.
