8/10 جيد

Good but way overpriced

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is nice but it’s a very basic 3BR 2BA small house and is rather dated. It certainly serves the purpose but $4000 for a week is obscene for what the property is. We enjoyed it for sure, but expect more for that price.

Nice House with some small issues

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice small house for vacation. 3 queen beds was a plus for our family. Unfortunantly the sofa sleeper bed had a broken frame and has not been replaced quickly so we could not use that bed as planned. The managment company was nice enough to provide us a small twin roll-a-way. 2 bedrooms had a TV along with the main TV in the living room. 1 bedroom had no TV and also had no fan. Looked like it had been removed or damaged and not replaced also. The lamps in the living room also did not work as the receptacles had no power. Easy to tell this house has had alot of use and not much upkeep other than cleaning. The home was cleaned well when we arrived.
