With an unbeatable oceanfront location and multiple resort amenities, you'll never want to leave! Small but practical, let this be your place to rest your feet after days and days of fun.

Your reservation includes buffet breakfast for two guests at Magnolia’s at 26th. Tickets are valid only on the date issued. ***Extra breakfasts are available for $10 + tax*** just a short walk from the hotel. Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. You will enjoy free Blockbuster rentals during your stay. Also check out the Snack Shack located on the 1st floor of the registration building.

All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites.

Great spot with great views and amenities

We stayed at this property for two nights on our way down to Florida and could not have been more pleased with our stay. The building was well equipped and generally clean. The staff were helpful and friendly in all our interactions. The unit itself was in the smaller of the two Carolinian buildings with a beautiful lookout over the ocean, while high enough that we didn't have too much noise from the pool below. We would absolutely consider staying at the Carolinian again on our next trip down to MB.

Decent place to stay.

Had a good time there. Staff was friendly and the rooms were well kept. Much of the resort smelled like smoke including some of the employees we encountered. It was a nice place to stay but there are definitely nicer places close.

Very disappointed

Staff not super friendly. Mold on shower curtain, phone broken and torn sliding glass door curtain. Had to turn in room towels to get new towels. No beach towels. Had to check out pool towels and turn at front desk otherwise $20.00 fee per towel. No restaurant/bar. Neighborhood was questionable. Had to walk to souvenir stores and convenience stores. Only liquor store close. Indoor pool and lazy river small, water discolored and filled with kids. Outside pool was nice and the view from the room was impressive.

The location was great. The pool was good, it had nice staff except for this slightly rude woman who checked me in. My problem was the room was dirty. There were stains on the bed spread and the lounge chair was dirty. They need to deep clean the chair it had hair on it and dust. There was also dust on the tv. The saving grace was the closeness to the beach.

Very Nice

We stayed in room 807 and it was very nice. The room was clean and updated and the private ocean front was breathtaking. My only complaint would be since the floors are hardwood they dirty easily. Other than that we would stay here again!
