Our first time in MB and we loved it. Our stay was pleasant. The apartment was clean spacious for a family of four. The beds were really comfortable and it had all the basics. Steps from the beach and pools were also nice.

Beachfront

Boardwalk is a decent property, overall. We rent from a private lister who does a terrific job with the specific condo. The building is a little run down, but is convenient in location to downtown.

We had a great time! There were toiletries ready for when we got there so we didn’t have to bring so many. This condo is on the 9th floor but didn’t see that in the listing.

Great place to stay

Great place to stay and enjoy the beach. Beds were comfy including the Murphy bed. The unit was clean but could feel sand on the floor. View was fabulous as its ocean front overlooking the pool. Easy check in and out. Brian responded quickly when contacted. The only suggestion is they need to have a small vacuum cleaner for floor and supply salt and pepper. Overall it was a great place to stay!

My sister and I were very pleased with this condo. It was clean had everything we needed, beds really comfortable. The view was spectacular. We would definitely return to this condo. Brian was amazing to deal with, thank you for a great stay.

property needs updating overall. pool area spacious, but because of public beach parking next door many non- guests using pool and lazy river.

Unfortunately it was hard to enjoy the balcony at times because of people smoking pot. Also when the wind was strong it whistled through the door, could use some weather stripping! But it was very nice and we had fun!

Stay at the Boardwalk resort

We had a very nice time at this property. A few suggestions for property owner. Beds were very uncomfortable. Not really enough or quality pillows. Kitchen was very nice. Bathroom too. Suggestion of a sliding farm house door to separate bathroom area from kitchen.

We stayed the month of October. We rented from Brian before. Made it through the hurricane!! We will rent with Brian again. He has excellent units and responds to your calls. Would suggest grab bars in the bath.

Overall it was a nice place. The floors were a little dirty and there was hair in the bathtub. According to the pictures I thought the bedroom was a separate room and not right as you enter the condo. You have to walk through the bedroom to get to the kitchen and living room. Overall it was a nice stay.

Awesome view

The room was exactly as pictured! There was four of us for a girls week! The hall ways and elevators was very dirty but the room it’s self was great and plenty of room of room! We stayed Labor Day week. The laundry facilities was down our entire stay that sort of sucked but we did bring plenty of cloths. They only other down fall was the neighbors smoking a lot a weed you could smell it all day long. The one time I talked to Brian the property manager he seemed for nice.

The Price Was Right

The beds and couch were fairly comfortable; however, the single upholstered chair needs to be replaced. (Pretty much worn out) The non-working jacuzzi is old and very deep; therefore it is a challenge to step in and out of without (safety) grab bars. The microwave works, but the revolving glass tray didn’t work properly. The view & balcony were amazing!

Convenient location, easy parking, beautiful beach

We had a great time and the property manager, Brian, has the process down. I appreciate that he has a check-out list. I always wonder how and where to leave the linens, how to leave the thermostat set, etc. Brian spells it out and it makes leaving hassle-free. Our only disappointment was finding the indoor pool and hot tub has been closed since February and there is no posted timetable for reopening. A sign said they were replacing the ceiling, and everything was covered in plastic drop cloths, but no one worked on it during the ten days we were there. Knowing that Myrtle Beach can be pretty cold in March, we had selected this property specifically because of the indoor pool and hot tub. That was a pretty big disappointment for us, but everything else about the condo, location, parking, and resort, was great!
