Everything was just like they said it would be. I loved that I could walk out on the balcony and see the ocean, it was a beautiful view. It was easy access to the pool and the ocean The room was clean. I would definitely recommend it to family and friends, O would definitely go back again.

Unit itself was clean enough but overall property was a bit rundown. Shower had very little water or water pressure, bar of soap was not even enough for one person, and toilet paper was as cheap as you could get. It had a nice balcony and beautiful view of the ocean. Was in a good location.

Baseball Getaway!

Stayed for the week to watch our son play college baseball at The Ripken Experience. Perfect for 2 of us! Clean, conveniently located, and just as described. Loved the sound of the ocean and sunrise every morning. Everything we needed. Highly recommend!

It was pretty good. First got there and wish the place was a little bigger but quit nice. Beautiful view of the beach from back. Perfect for stolling the beach at night. And a couple of problems but all and all it was good.

Beautiful views

The condo was just as pretty as the pictures. The view and location was spectacular. We found ourselves stranded due to the hurricane and Jay was willing to work with us to find accommodations at another one of his properties. Jay was very responsive and has excellent communication skills. Highly recommend this property.

Comfy and Amazing View

Jay's condo was as described. The bed was comfy. The view was amazing. Every morning while drinking our coffee, we sat on the balcony and watched the lifeguard set up for the day. It was just steps to the beach. St. Clement's Beach Bar & Grill next door had had good fries and onion rings. Several great restaurants within walking distance.

Very clean, Super cute Inside they did a great job on the inside! Compared to the rest of the building it’s definitely updated and fresh. We did not use the swimming pool because it was too cold but it looked fine . Great location

Awesome Stay

We arrived the day after hurricane Ian. Jay was great at communicating with us. The condo is as described, pictures are updated an accurate, the bed was comfy. We loved sitting on the balcony, the view is amazing. The sunrises are a must! Keyless entry is stress free! Food, grocery and activities are all super close. We walked to get pizza at Mariner Pizza - delish! We also walked to Fiesta Mexicana - food was amazing and staff was very friendly. Recommend and would stay again!
