With 1600 sq. ft., there is lots of space your things and your children's toys. Enjoy your complimentary tea or coffee On the large back porch overlooking the lake and a grill just below you. Just a mile from the beach and 7 pools to choose from, everything you need is right here. We didn't forget about you golfers. Lots of golf courses close by. Great restaurants and bars close by to enjoy your favorite sports teams on TV while sipping a cold one. Plenty of room to keep your clubs and room for your favorite foursome. Also for your convenience you can have up to 3 payment 1st Payment at booking, 2nd payment 60 days before your stay, 3rd and final payment 30 days before your stay. I have stayed at Herbert‘s properties a few times and everyone has been clean and well stocked. This condo is situated very close to everything that we need and we always enjoy staying here. It’s nice and quiet so you don’t get the chaos of the beach and so it feels like a bit of a retreat.

Nice, Easy and Relaxing

Nice set up to the condo with bedrooms, dining area, kitchen and living room. Made the stay relaxing to lounge around and close to alot of fun activities around the the area. Lot of things were within a 5 to 10 minute drive such as the beach, Broadway at the Beach and the Boardwalk.

Home away from home

The location is perfect. It’s easy to reach all the destinations we wanted within Myrtle Beach pretty quickly. We’ve stayed in this condo before and would again. The owner communicated well and in a timely manner. The kitchen is well stocked with all the necessities to make a home cooked meal. The little extras like K-cups and laundry detergent were very appreciated.

Beautiful Condo

The condo is exactly as described and pictured. It had all the essentials and comforts of home. It was lovely having breakfast on the balcony overlooking the lake. The beds were comfortable and everything was in working order. The condo is in a great location to easily get to all that Myrtle Beach has to offer. Communication with Herbert, the owner, was seamless. The grounds are well kept. We used the closest pool and were completely relaxed both in the water and sitting by the pool. My family is looking forward to returning and will definitely stay here again.

Our stay was great. The VBRO listing was accurate and matched the description. The Condo was clean, organized, and comfortable. The kitchen was equipped properly for food preparation, dishwasher, microwave, stove, and stove/oven was functional and clean. The complex was well maintained and had a welcoming atmosphere. Was quite and the walking path around and near the complex was paved. Location, location, location was wonderful. Grocery shopping was convenient. Getting to any of the entertainment venues was easy and convenient. Would book this Condo again.

Vacation 2024!

Right from the first contact with the owner, Herbie was very prompt and answered all our questions. The condo is nicely kept and clean. There was plenty of space for our three daughters (2 adults, 1 teen) to spread you and enjoy the space. Two full baths is such a plus, laundry facility in condo and clean working appliances. Our blender didn't work and Herbie provided a replacement within an hour. Very impressive. The pools are within walking distance and I was impressed that there is always someone checking to make sure only those with access to the pools are there. We would stay here again. Recommend for families.

Not As Expected

Given the vast amount of positive reviews, our expectations were pretty high staying here. We were extremely pleased with the location and the cleanliness of the condo as we first entered, but during our stay, our experience wasn't as great. Having traveled with a 1 and 6 year old, we had to be very limited in what we could bring. We were disappointed in the lack of beach towels and were not aware of the "umbrella law" for beaches, so we had to basically buy everything if we wanted to visit the beach. The kitchen was basically bare, so it made cooking at the condo more difficult and increased our grocery bill having to stock everything only to end up throwing it away at the end of the week. The lack of personal wifi made the Smart TVs "dumb" and there were multiple outlets that didn't work either. The most frustrating aspect was dealing with a wasp nest on the porch. We called maintenance multiple times and they told us "they would be out to fix the issue" and they never did. So, the one aspect (the patio and view) we were most looking forward to, we couldn't enjoy. Overall, it's a nice place for adults or people with older children, but with younger ones, it's not ideal.

We were there to golf, so having the two courses on site proved very beneficial. We did not use the pool facilities, and were disappointed that access to the hot tub was not included. The layout of the bedrooms and proximity to the smaller bathroom could have been better, but overall, the unit worked.
