Great location. Good amount of condo space. Easy to get in and get out. Carpets are dirty. Bed sheets were dirty. Door handles broken and 1 of the bathroom handles won’t lock or stay closed. All shower and sink drains backup and don’t drain properly. 2 balconies, one street view and the other partial ocean view which was nice.

Dirty rooms…. Nice beach

The room was dirty! Dust in the vents, tile grout hasn’t been cleaned ever, didn’t clean behind the curtains (found toys and crap from the previous stay). I wouldn’t recommend going out alone at night. Just stay at the condo. I will say the pools were nice and the beach access was perfect!

Spring Breaj

Spring Break mid March 2023 was cold, but the apartment was great. Balcony in living area overlooking the beach, balcony in the main bedroom overlooking the main street. Floor to ceilings windows. Multiple pools and spas. Closed to shopping, food, and an amusement park(closed). Other than it freezing on a beach vacation it was perfect.

It was ok

I was provided a lock code for a lock that didn’t work so when we got there we had to stand in the hallway w/ our stuff while on hold w/ the customer service to provide an alternate way in. Once we were finally able to get in, unit was spacious and clean but the furniture was worn out in the living room so we didn’t do much family time in the unit because the furniture was not comfortable. In the brochure the master bedroom shows a balcony but we couldn’t use that balcony because the door was broke so we couldn’t even open it. The water pressure for the sink in the kids room Was no good at all. I had planned to be cooking for my family while there but the pans was raggedy I almost burnt the food because the pots and pans stick so bad even though I would use cooking oil. The best thing about this place was the area, the space, and the cleanliness. We enjoyed the amenities of the resort more than the actual unit.

Honest Review

The property manager does not reply to messages at all! We had the main door malfunction and after using the code one time the door would engage but would not fully open. We contacted the owner via message and heard no reply! So if we wouldn’t have had someone in the room at the time we found this out we would have been stuck outside the room. We had 3 adults and 3 children under the age of 10 and I do give it 1 star for being spacious. However, it’s outdated the minceowave front plate comes away every time you open the microwave door. The big bathroom on the big room had black mold on the curtain and the sealant around the tub. The other room and bathroom was fine. If your planning on renting this bring extra utensils and plates of you are planning to eat there a couple times as there are only 4 bowls and small plates and only 2 forks. It was in a great location but due to communication issues and the black mold on the bathroom I would not stay here again.

Calamity at the Condo

Location is great. Views are great, bedrooms are large. BUT. We checked in on Wednesday, noticed bedroom balcony door not working. Was told to unlock the door to use it. Twice. Thursday morning, tried to do laundry. Washing machine doesnt work. Told to check the breakers. Hot water takes 30 munutes to get to third floor bc the boiler is on the roof. Reached back out daily about door and washing machine. Day 3, told that door was a known issue and parts were ordered (guess it wasnt locked). On Saturday, I finally got a decent Vacasa rep who looked into my issues instead of the daily copy and pasted message. They DID give us a credit for loss of amenity for washing machine but very frustrating to pack light intentionally only to have to find a laundry mat. The living room floor is filthy and stained. The couch cant even be sat on. The cushions are sunk down to the bed underneath and we literally brought our chairs up from the truck to sit it (foldable chairs for ballgames or camping). It was awful. The beds were decent, the linens were not. The counter/bar is hanging on by a thread. The TV in the living toom is very small and a dark picture. Not a smart TV, so bring a roku if you want to stream anything. There are about 8 plates, 7 glasses and 3 coffee cups. Pots and utensils but nothing else. Not a huge issue but, we usually have stayed places with some basic kitchen staples (coffee filters, salt & pepper etc). Parking is in a lot across the street.

Needs a lot of work

Stayed here for 3 nights for a golf trip, just two of us. The location is good but don't stay here during Harley week. The first night we stayed was the last night for the Harley week. Didn't get any sleep, they go down the road all night revving up their bikes. Also during our stay the smoke detector was chirping, it obviously needed a new battery and the water coming out of the faucet in the second bathroom was nonexistent, barely dripping. I notified the person about it, nobody ever came out to fix during our stay. The walls need a new paint job, chipping under the bathroom door. The furniture in the living room was horrible, old and not comfortable at all. Some pluses is the location (except Harley week) and the water pressure in the shower. Overall it was ok for two golfers but would never bring my family and stay here.

Good visit

Excellent view. Close to great meals. Beach access perfect. Some broken things inside condo, but nothing major. Any beach property will have maintenance issues that occur daily.

Property does not look like pictures. Dirty and damaged everywhere. We also found BED BUGS! Management did not care and refused to move us to another property. Beware of this unit. Also refused a full refund even though we did not stay.

Last minute holiday

Great location, space, and experience for a last minute holiday get away.Plenty of space for myself and 5 teens to spread out. Surprised to find 2 blow up twin mattresses and extra sets of linens.Easy walking to shopping and right on the beach.Sound proofing was good even with being on a low floor and the bedrooms on the city side.

We would return to the location. The pool set up was great and we were so close to family kingdom. About a mile walk north to the main part of the boardwalk. The kitchen could use a few more amenities for cooking

Would not refund cleaning charges

They waited until I return home to decline cleaning charges. I submitted photos and videos. Theirs is so much dust falling from the back of the master room door, the ceiling vent are full of dust to the point the dust is on the ceiling. The master tub water backs up. The carpet is filthy. The broken key fob on the master door, make it hard to open. The towel rack in the master bath is broken so be careful. The couch has a hole on the left side. The table chair seats are broken on 2 chairs. The dining room table had food stuck in the creases. The couch is very dirty. There was sock left under the bed. There were shorts left in the washer. The bed skirt are very dirty. The lamp shades are full of dust and dirty. There is tons of dirt and food under the tv stand in the living room. It was awful trying to sleep in this place and they keep saying someone was coming to address the matter but no one never came . I have. The middle light fixture above the bar has a gap with bad repair, it will fall down, the master light is out so lifting is dull. The top blankets are very nasty and dirty.

Father's Day weekend Stay

The rental was just as it was described. I had no issues with using the key pad to let myself when it was time to check in. The front desk allowed me to get my two parking passes and wrist bands earlier during the day prior to check in time. We were able to kill wait time at the pool area which was very convenient. I enjoyed my stay and will stay here again if I was to visit the area again.
