Welcome to Gulfstream Cottages 312! This beautifully decorated, two-bedroom, two-bath townhouse has all the necessary furniture, electronics, and appliances and is less than a five-minute walk away from the beach.

This rental features:

-Bedroom #1: hardwood floor, King-sized bed with firm mattress, desk, dresser,1080p HDTV

-Bedroom #2: hardwood floor, queen-size bed, a bunk bed (two twin beds, upper twin bed only for child), dresser, 1080p HDTV

-Bathrooms: two bathrooms, combination tub/shower, towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap provided

-Living room: wood floors and traditional furnishings with queen-size sleeper sofa, 50' HD smart TV with Ruko streaming channels and DVD player, High speed, Free Wi-Fi access (standard internet)

-Fully equipped kitchen with appliances, plates, bowls, paper towel, utensils, and cookware

-Dining area: dining table seating for four, and two counter seating

-Linens and towels, laundry with washer and dryer

-Enclosed backyard with patio with a charcoal grill and table/chairs seating for four

This was a really nice home for our weekend stay. It is as described and only a three minute walk to the beach! I liked the barbecue area and the full kitchen and laundry room. The host is very pleasant and helpful and we would definitely book this home again

Great vacation house.

We enjoyed our stay. The house had everything that we needed. About a block and a half from the beach. Easy walking distance. The pool was nice and clean. The kids really enjoyed it. We liked that you can walk to many places including mini golf, ice cream and souvenir shops. Would stay here again.

Wonderful home and host

We had a great vacation at this beach getaway. The home was clean and just as advertised. The location is perfect and within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, putt putt golf, etc. The owner was very easy to reach when I had a question. I highly recommend this vacation home and host!

Great Beach House

My family of three spent a week at this cute beach house located just a couple of blocks from the beach. It was in a great, convenient location and the property owner was very professional to work with. The pool was very nice as well. We would recommend as a home away from home at the beach.

Great stay for our family!

Overall this listing was spot on. All the amenities, how close it is to everything, Lily is quick to respond, it truly had everything you need, and we stayed for a week. This was our first time visiting myrtle beach and we are already wanting to come back in summer months and would absolutely rent this house again!Only reason I gave it a 4 in cleanliness is some of the walls could use a cleaning. Also, the wheels on the bottom rack of the dishwasher are not there so be careful pulling it out, but it still works! Id give the house like a 4.8 stars out of 5 overall!

This was a great property with plenty of room for our family. The location was great- walkable to the beach, mini golf, and some shopping. A short drive to many other areas to shop and play. Owner was quick to respond and made check in a breeze. Would stay again!
