Mrtyle Beach Resort great! Condo could be better stocked with cookware and utensils. Owner ver responsive. Beach equipment, is offered as a courtesy, but mostly worn out.

This condo was GREAT! Plenty of room for 5 adults and a teenager. Resort has everything you want. Owner, Ronnie was very helpful. Would highly recommend! Very close to beach and pool also!

This place is just as described! Our family of 6(4 teenagers) fit comfortably. The couch is a pull out bed-which the boys shared. Or you could easily fit a queen blow up mattress in living area. This place was like home away from home-all the amenities. The location was perfect-10 minute drive to all the big attractions, like the Boardwalk and Broadway at the Beach. Pools were clean and ocean was close! Be sure to check out the rooftop lounge area and bar on the beach for music and drinks in the evenings! Ronnie is a great host. He went above and beyond to make out stay special. Will definitely stay here again in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay at Myrtle Beach Resort. Our condo was very nice and Mr. Ronnie is a great host! Loved the huge balcony! Great location, close to many attractions & plenty for kids (babies & teens) to do at the resort. I would definitely recommend staying here!!!

We have stayed in several different condos in the MB Resort. This one by far exceeded our past visits. Everything was right there for us including a very nicely decorated home. Many new updates to this home. The homeowner was more then super friendly and helpful before our trip there. Thank you again The Davis family

Property was a little hard to find in the gated community, but the location was awesome. You are literally steps from the beach, which is gorgeous!! We enjoyed our stay immensely and our property manager was responsive to any questions we had. I would stay here again.

I will tell the good and the bad in this review. The condo itself is decorated nicely and was fairly clean upon arrival. The condo owner Ronnie was helpful on getting me some information on the area prior to arrival and was responsive while we there. past that we hit some issues. When opening on of the 2 sliding glass doors it was off the track and had a hard time getting it closed back. The master bathroom sink was almost completely clogged and would not drain. The master bedroom mattress was an old Sears thin mattress with 2 cheap mattress pads put on top of it, not very comfortable! The hall bathroom toilet was leaking between the tank and the bowl. There were 5 remotes in the living room to operate the TV, satellite box and dvd player. The one for the TV had no batteries or back to hold batteries had tape on the back. I programed the satellite box remote to run both the box and TV. The master bedroom TV had similar issues had 2 remotes and neither would change the volume on the TV. So I programed the satellite remote again to run them both and then could change the volume. The refrigerator had one broken bottom drawer which made it about useless and there was water that dripped down inside and we had to continuously wipe it up. The silverware, pots and pans and dishware looked like it was purchased at a yard sale. It was lacking and mismatched. The toaster barley worked and the can opener didn't work at all. I don't think that the owner was very experienced in renting condos as I have rented at least one a year for more than 35 years. Hopefully Ronnie can make proper changes to make it a unit more inviting before renting in the future.
