The condo was not clean prior to our arrival. We checked in with no information about the facility apart from the Wi-Fi password. The condo had used tissues on the floor and the floors were very sandy. The dishes were in the dishwasher we had unload.

Unclean, outdated, horrible smell, trim missing, broken tile, items left in refrigerator, nasty refrigerator, horrible patio furniture, room wasn’t ready, delayed service after many request. Did not clean daily or bring linens. Coffee shop and restaurant closed. Worst VRBO experience.

Our stay was awesome! The room was perfect for 2adults & one teenager. The floor and parking was perfect. The only two things that were a bit disappointing was... Check in was delayed due to cleaning which was a bummer. We had to go ride around until they texted us. Also, breakfast at resort was expensive and disappointing. It seemed they didn’t have enough staff on hand to serve and make the food etc... All in all we were very pleased with room & the resort. Thank you for sharing your place with us.
