.Our condo is an end unit (third floor ) with vaulted ceilings facing Arrowhead Golf Course holes #3 and #4 on the Cypress (9) side in the Riverwalk complex.It has two bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king-size bed that can be split into two twin beds. The guest bedroom has two twin beds. The sofa in the living room pulls out to a queen bed. The kitchen is fully equipped.

There are three ceiling fans with adjustable speeds for your convenience. Both bathrooms have heat lamps and new high-power exhaust fans. The unit is located in the central part of Myrtle Beach on the inland waterway close to the intersection of Highway 501 and the 17 bypass.

For your enjoyment, the facility has two outdoor swimming pools with Jacuzzi/spa features and one indoor swimming pool. The grounds are also equipped with a private outdoor gas grill, a charcoal grill, and picnic areas next to the swimming pools. Parking is included

Must be a minimum of 25 years old to rent

Perfect stay

This condo was perfectly located to the places we wanted to go, Coastal Carolina University, MB State Park and North Myrtle. It was 20 minutes to all. Very nice neighborhood with nice pools. The condo was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. We would stay again! Thank you Rich!

We have stayed in vacation rentals all over the world :US, Mexico, Europe, New Zealand, Tahiti, Costa Rica. This is probably the best and most well-appointed rental we’ve ever experienced. The place is spotless, Rich is an excellent host and everything was easy. It was a beautiful, quiet place right on the golf course and they had everything supplied! It felt like we were staying in our own cozy home. We really loved it!

Quiet and beautiful Location

Rich’s condo was perfect for our 2 week stay in Myrtle Beach. The condo was spacious and clean and we loved being able to watch the golfers. The condo was exceptionally quiet and well stocked. There was ample parking and the area was great for walking.

Great Winter Getaway

The description is nothing short of perfect. It was as spacious as we expected and the amenities were more than we expected! There wasn’t a thing we needed that wasn’t provided - from the kitchen to the bathroom. It’s as peaceful as you want to make it and as convenient and comfortable as you need it! Standard Accommodations

We stayed at the condo for a week and it worked for our needs. We would stay again if we were inthe area. Positives were the location, kitchen setup, available beach gear, and balcony on the golf course. Things we would change: bed and showerhead were too short for my 6'3" husband, would have preferred a queen over a swing king/two twins, this is a third floor accommodation with steps. Overall standard accommodations that worked for our stay.

Wonderful and beautiful

I believe I have found my home away from home in Myrtle Beach. Rich made this the best mother daughter trip for my child. The condo was clean, beautiful, and more than what I expected. He provided everything that you made need and more. The beds were super comfy and the view was beautiful. The place is beautifully decorated. I was able to call and text Rich with any special needs. Wonderful stay!

This condo is exceptional and clean. Everything is there and even more. We couldn't have asked for more. The owner responds to all our requests without delay. He also makes sure that everything meets our expectations. The whole family enjoyed the condo very much. Being golf players, we were very happy to be near a very beautiful golf course. In addition, the environment is really beautiful. It is really nice to walk around the area.

Couldn't ask for more

Great place. Rich was great at communicating with me when I needed to. Very accommodating! The place was stocked with everything you could ever need. My girls loved it. We had plenty of room to spread out. Enjoyed the large kitchen and eating space. The neighbourhood was also great. Friendly tips from the local residents helped. Enjoyed the pools on the property. Found it easy to get out for the day to play at the local attractions and then back to a quiet home. We stayed near the beach just before, which was nice but busy at night with littles. Highly recommend!!
