Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window. Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed. No Pets Allowed. This includes emotional support animals regardless of documentation as HOA does not allow. Violation will result in immediate eviction without refund additional charges.

Guest Access:
Guests enjoy all property amenities and will be given a code for entry 3 days prior to their arrival.

*No pets allowed.
* Check-in is 4:00pm, Check-out is 10:00am, no exceptions.
*This unit is located on the 3rd floor, no elevator access.
*Indoor pool open year round, unless unscheduled maintenance is needed
*Check in information will be sent 3 days before check in
*Outdoor pool closes around November-April.
*No motorcycles, golf carts, or trailers are allowed at this property per the HOA.
*Daily housekeeping unavailable.
*Washer/dryer located in unit
*Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap provided.
*Two parking passes provided in unit. No additional passes will be provided.
*Keurig and drip coffee makers provided in unit.
*Rentals one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.

**NOTE: Property is currently for sale. If there is a showing during your stay, you will be notified. Showings only take about 5 minutes and you are welcome to be in the home or leave - just go about your vacation as usual. The Realtor will lock up when they leave.**

Policies:
-Pool disclaimer: In the event of unscheduled maintenance or changing HOA procedures Carolina Palm Vacations does not guarantee pool use during a stay. We will do everything in our power to give notification in advance about any closure.

-Weather Policy: For any stays during the summer and fall, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds and reschedules are only issued in the event of a mandatory city-wide evacuation, or if the property becomes uninhabitable due to prolonged power outage or flood.

-CPV does not guarantee specific internet speeds. If working remotely we bringing your own hot spot.

-For payments made directly to Carolina Palm Vacations: Names must match on reservation, payment method, and photo ID. If the name on your reservation is not the same as the card holder, reservations will be subject to cancelation.

-Photo IDs are required for all reservations across all platforms.

6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.

7. CREDIT CARD USED AT BOOKING MUST MATCH NAME ON RESERVATION AND PHOTO ID. Otherwise, your booking will not be valid.
