If you're in the mood to dine out, Myrtle Beach offers a wide array of fantastic restaurants just a short drive, walk, or Uber ride away. Food delivery services like Uber Eats and DoorDash are also popular in the area.
Venture further into the condo, and you'll be greeted by the spacious living area, where relaxation comes easy. The oversized sectional sofa offers ample seating for everyone, with an additional accent chair for extra comfort. Catch up on your favorite shows on the large flat-screen TV, or step outside to the private balcony, accessible through the living room, where you can enjoy fresh air and views of the tennis courts. The open-concept layout seamlessly connects the living and kitchen areas, with a kitchen island that doubles as a stylish seating area, ideal for casual gatherings.
The bedroom, just off the living area, is elegantly decorated and features a cozy queen-sized bed, two bedside tables with lamps, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV for your enjoyment. It also offers convenient access to the bathroom and a sliding glass door that leads directly to the balcony.
The bathroom includes a shower/tub combination, a vanity sink with underneath cabinet storage, a mirror, and a toilet. A second door in the bathroom provides easy access to the living and kitchen areas.
This condo comes fully equipped with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, and all the bedding you'll need for a comfortable stay. We also provide a set of "starter toiletries" including toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner to help you settle in with ease.
This resort is secured by a gated entrance with 24-hour security and is only two miles from the Myrtle Beach International Airport and the Coastal Grand Mall. Walmart and Walgreens are across the street, and there are plenty of dining options close by. Our guests love the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, state park, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to parking for $20 and free beach access. If you are here during one of the Bike Weeks held in the Myrtle Beach area, please reach out and we will explain the extra fees and regulations.
Guests will need to pay $20.00 per vehicle Per Week for parking passes, from May 1 - Sept 30. From October 1 - April 30, it is $20 per Booking, instead of per week. The security guard at the gate will collect payment and issue the parking passes. If you lose your parking pass, you will need to pay for a replacement. All passes must be displayed on the windshield side of the rear view mirror while the vehicle is parked on the property.
Bike Week Parking: Guests are not permitted to bring a trailer on property except during Bike Week and the trailer is not to exceed 18 feet from the tip of the hitch to the back of the trailer. These fees are for one week and will be collected at the gate, payment must be made with credit card, no cash, no exceptions. The fees during bike week are as followed; Car or Truck (vehicle pulling the trailer) $20, Trailer not to exceed 18 feet $100, each motorcycle is $20 apiece
