The balcony was a great plus. The fact that there was cockroaches everywhere and that the ac didn’t work properly offset the nice balcony

Great location. Lots of space.

Great condo! Had all the amenities that were important to us. Two baths, two bdrms, kitchen, living room. Balcony was huge and the view was awesome. Only drawback was no WiFi. Could not get a good signal and none of the passwords worked. Front desk folks could not get it to work. IT engineer never showed up or gave us an update.

Very spacious suite rooms, kitchen and living room. Well furnished and in good condition. Full cookware. Unit has washer and dryer. The dishwasher didn't work though. Balconies with ocean view. Parking garage is nice. The walk to the beach is not that far. The neighborhood is nice and a Food Lion is just a few blocks away. 77th street is right between the main attractions so I have to say the location is very good. I have to go to the Palmetto office which is 3 miles away to pick up the key first and go back to the hotel registration to have the key activated. Will definitely stay again next time.

Could not have asked for a better place to stay. Inside and outside pools and 2 hot tubs along with a lazy river provided a great time when not on the beach. Condo was fantastic, nicely decorated and had everything you could need.

Beautiful in all ways!!! Clean, spacious, comfortable and love the jacuzzi tub. Love the ocean view from our balcony and the view of the lazy river is so pretty at night. You will be so pleased when you book with the Palmetto Group.
