  • Great condo in an elevator building.Best location on the grand strand,located minutes from the two on site golf courses and Broadway at the beach, shopping, restaurants, Ripken experience, waves water park and of course the beach, relax on your patio with your favorite beverage with the sound of the water fountain in the background. Minutes from the airport, condo can sleep 8 people and has a fully stocked kitchen including bakeware. New carpet, furniture, beds, mattress, paint, TVs, (65’ in the living rm and 32” in the bedrooms) updated door hardware and beautiful paintings, it truly is your home away from home, perfect for a family beach vacation or golfers looking to play a couple of the 100 courses that Myrtle Beach has to offer. PLEASE BE ADVISED that there are NO MOTORCYCLES, TRAILERS, RVs ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY. Thank you
