You will be close to the best the Grand Strand has to offer. Centrally located to many of Myrtle Beach's attractions. There are outdoor pools with grilling areas and walking / bike paths throughout for you to enjoy. You are just 5 minutes (1 mile) from the beach with public parking right on the ocean. Stunning view of the pool and golf course right off balcony. There are (2) 18-hole golf courses in Myrtlewood right on the property situated on the Intracoastal Waterway.

Great Getaway

This was our first VRBO rental and it was a really great experience. Communicating with our hosts was easy and they were very receptive. The location was great! Easy to go North or South. Very close to Broadway at the Beach, grocery stores, retail stores and restaurants. The pool was awesome and the area was very secure. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay very clean and in a quiet neighborhood..I would have like to have more linen for bathing and more than one spread for snugging but that doesn't take away from the 10 I gave..Host was very informative and quick to respond to messages..

A Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay at Derek’s condo. The location is great, conveniently located to many attractions. My son and I stayed for a baseball tournament. The condo itself had everything we needed. It was beautifully decorated. Derek’s communication was excellent.

This trip was our first time at Myrtle Beach; this location was perfect for the beach and the different attractions at Myrtle Beach. Check-in was super easy and very convenient. Property was exactly as listed! Location was perfect! 5 mins to beach, 5 mins to Broadway at the Beach. We enjoyed the pool several days! Only complaint is the washer. It takes about 4 hours to do one load.

I stayed at this property from April 12-17 for a sorority conference. The property was just like the photos detailed and it was on a nice quiet neighborhood. The property was spacious and clean. Mr. Derek was helpful through the process of renting. I would definitely recommend to others. I will definitely rent again if I come back to Myrtle Beach.

Better than high rise hotel

Wonderful place. Highly recommend for any family trip, business trip, or travel sports. Conveniently located within 5-10 mins of beach and boardwalk shopping/dining area. Also close to Ripken Experience. Comfortably accommodated our family of 5 (with twin air mattress we brought with us). Very clean, bedding and towels provided, washer/dryer in room, basic kitchen dishes and appliances (coffee maker/toaster) provided.

Spring break stay

The condo was neat, clean and updated. Communication with Derek was timely and informative. This condo is located on the golf course with a small pool. It was too chilly for the pool but was convenient to restaurants, shopping and the beach. I was there for a Spring break baseball tournament at Ripken Park. My only request would be to have a few k cups cream and sugar for guests. I missed my coffee in the morning.
