Amazing 1 Bedroom/1Bath beachfront condo has amazing panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean from your private balcony! This 1 bedroom, 1 baths direct oceanfront condo is on the 6th floor of Beach Colony Resort. This condo has small kitchen area, with a full-sized microwave and refrigerator. The furnishings are upscale with flat-screen TVs and a very large private oceanfront balcony. Fabulous amenities include indoor/outdoor heated pools, a lazy river, a spacious pool deck, an oceanfront pool, a kiddie splash, and a play area. Beach Colony Resort is located in the northern portion of Myrtle Beach and is very close to shopping, dining, entertainment, and all the area's attractions.

Absolutely stunning views from the living room and balcony! You and your family will love it! Extremely relaxing suite up above the Atlantic Ocean! We can't wait for you to see why we love this location! This suite features 2 Queens and 1 Sleeper Sofa; This condo sleeps up to 6.

A short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, Barefoot Landing, and Ripley's Aquarium. Many of the area's popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away.

Abundant amenities await you at this beachfront resort. Features include both indoor and outdoor whirlpools, lazy river rides, a spacious pool deck, and social areas, an Oceanfront pool, and a waterfall. Indoor pool with cascading double waterfall. Children's Interactive splash and play area. AND BEST OF ALL FREE WIFI!

IMPORTANT NOTE: From October 14 for approximately 3 weeks, the resort will be replacing hallway carpet on floors 3–5, one floor at a time. This unit is not on the 3rd or 4th floor, but guests should expect some construction activity and noise in common areas during this period.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Awesome property, perfect for what we were looking for. Enjoyed the amazing views from the patio all week long, it was truly a great experience. Pools were fun and just a quick path to the beach. Super cool, we came prepared and enjoyed every minute of it. Only sad part of the trip is when it was time to checkout. I highly recommend booking this place now, you will not regret. I look forward to bringing the family back next year. Thank you Julie for the awesome place!

Pleasantly Surprised

Booked this place while traveling to Myrtle Beach and I have to say this place was SOOoo much better than expected. Gorgeous views, reasonable price, clean unit, great communication with Julie. There are so many amenities in the building that are available & we were just a feet from the beach. I would have loved to extend the trip, but will certainly be returning soon and will be staying here. Thank you for helping us to have such a wonderful experience!!
