Heated pools, Indoor pools, a beachfront restaurant and bar, and a private ocean balcony along with a lazy river and hot tubs! FREE WIFI! We hope you enjoy this condo as much as we do!

Conveniently located and within the exclusive Dunes neighborhood, enjoy the ocean view from your private balcony or relax in the beachfront pool! A short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, Ripley's Aquarium, and IMAX Theatre. Many of the area's popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away.

This place was very clean. The views of the ocean are incredible. The resort has a beach bar and restaurant. The communications were great with no issues at check-in or check-out.

This was our first experience using Vrbo to reserve a place, and first time at Myrtle Beach. The area was wonderful, great ocean view and cleanliness of the condo was much better than I expected. The sink/wet bar area was a bit small, but the island cart added the extra space we needed as we planned to eat in most days. When we arrived we did switch out the all white comforter for one of the beds, and used our own to prevent any chance of ruining it. We would definitely stay here again!

I had a great stay at this condo with my son and nephew for 3 days. The amenities were great and the room was a nice size for us. The view from the balcony was amazing. A full view of the ocean. Pros The location was great, close to everything. Great amenities, pool, lazy river, restaurant, beach bar, tables, beach chairs, Nice shower in the bathroom. Comfortable beds Cons The elevators broke down and only one worked for the building for two of the days, parking was limited in the parking deck, the floors in the room weren’t swept before we checked in. The floor in the room was pretty sandy, so I kept on flip flops when walking around. I noticed there was a broom and dust pan in the closet on the last day however, so that could have been easily remedied. A couple places in the room need to be renovated, e.g wall paper coming off of the wall in one area, paint chipping. Others then these minor things, the room was clean and bright and perfect for what we needed. It was overall a fantastic stay and I def would return.

I did not have an issue with the place. I have stayed at the resort in the past but not through this management company. I had to give a lot of extra information in an email which I was very uncomfortable with and then a deposit that I wasn’t aware of when I booked. I understand I probably missed that info when looking but I will look more closely in the future. I got multiple emails all weekend which personally annoyed me. I’m sure there is a reason they have to do all this but I am a quiet and clean family and did not need all the extra involved.

As another said in their review, personal information via email was not something I wanted to do. Was told prior to arrival that I could do so upon arrival and get into room. WRONG! Also outlets in kitchen and bathroom did not work and we let them know. They said contact hotel front desk. Front desk would do nothing as this was private condo so it was annoying to get the run around from this owner. Never did fix the outlets for our morning coffee and curling irons. Recurring communication from owner was rules we had to follow but only got the run around when we needed something.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The condo is clean. The bathroom and kitchen recently renovated (nice tile work and granite countertops). To confirm what others have said, the bathroom is small, but we were ok with that. If you like large mugs of coffee or tea in the morning, bring your own mugs (the ones provided are small). The hair dryer was underpowered, but still allowed me to not have to pack my hair dryer, which is nice. It has a great full view of the ocean, which we enjoyed from our balcony. But, I was looking forward to seeing the sun rise from the balcony and the unit is slightly angled away from where the sun rises (in early June). At one point on Sunday morning, the circuit breaker to the kitchen/bathroom area went out, but came back on 30 minutes later, so it wasn't a big deal. Overall, we were very pleased with the unit and wouldn't hesitate to stay in this unit again. We enjoyed our weekend at the beach!

great location & view of the beach. i 10/10 recommend sand dunes and would rent again. the room was clean and everything in working order. i thought there was a kitchenette but it is infact only a microwave and electric frying pan but that was probably my bad when reading the listing, it was not an issue as the pan works great. there are spare towels in the drawer in the bathroom. we did not realize that untill we were checking out so I am letting you all know ! everything works fine but it seems like the kitchen and bathroom were furnished at goodwill, does it all work yes, and im glad to have it but 100$ at walmart would go a long way to have a hairdryer that isnt 25 years old, plates that match, some dishtowels and an electric kettle that would really spruce up the listing.
