Revel in the breathtaking ocean views from your private balcony in this newly remodeled one-bedroom condo, designed to accommodate up to 2 guests. The spacious suite boasts a large king bed, a well-appointed kitchen with modern cabinets, a full-sized refrigerator, and elegant granite countertops.

Immerse yourself in the modern conveniences of the recently updated unit, featuring a four-burner solid surface cooktop and contemporary faucets. The kitchen comes fully equipped with essential items such as pots, pans, glasses, utensils, a coffee maker, and more. The open layout extends to the living area, complete with a dining table for four.

Step out onto the expansive balcony from the living area, offering a prime spot to enjoy your morning tea or coffee while taking in the invigorating ocean breeze. The bedroom is furnished with two beds and includes bedding and pillows, while the private bathroom features a spacious sink and a large garden tub.

Sea Watch Resort provides access to multiple pools and direct entry to the beach, ensuring a delightful stay. *Ongoing Beach Access Deck Project*
This project will be February 7th 2025 with an estimated completion date of March 28th 2025.

The North Tower outdoor pool plaster project is scheduled to begin 2nd week of February. This pool will have the coping, tile band and plaster replaced. Estimated completion date is March 8th.

The North Tower indoor pool & spa remain enclosed & open for the remainder of the winter season.
NOTE: No motorcycles are allowed on resort property from May 1st to August 31st
NOTE: Please note that only the indoor pool is heated; the Lazy River is outside the glass enclosures and is not heated.
HOA Sea watch Pool Heater Schedule:

Spring 2026:
April 15th: Heaters turned on
June 1st: Heaters turned off
South Tower 1 Outdoor Pool: turned off June 15
Pool Enclosures Removed: Thursday, May 1st & Friday, May 2nd

Fall/Winter 2025-2026:
October 1: Heaters turn on
December 1: Heaters turn off
Note: Villa I Pool does not have a heater
Pool Enclosures Installed: Week of November 10
North & South Tower pools remain heated through winter.

All spas are operational April 15th thru November 15th. During the off season, 2 outdoor spas remain open at the North Tower pool deck, 2 outdoor spas remain open at the South Tower pool deck and both outdoor spas at Villas I & II are operational. Both North & South Tower indoor spas are open year-round.

Ice machines and Pool Deck water supplies are temporarily closed

They are currently also painting the exterior walls of the parking garage.

This was our second time staying at seawatch but our first in this rental. Overall this was a nice place. There were a couple minor issues we addressed with the owner but nothing that would keep us from renting this place again. The beach view is amazing and we even got lucky enough to see dolphins jumping around a fishing boat as it went by. The pool/hot tub area was clean and well kept as usual.

Beach, golf and great food

We have stayed at Sea Watch Resort many times over the last 25 years + .....always enjoyable....easy access to beach...great pool deck with lots of pools, hot tubs and two lazy rivers....clean & well maintained.....close to many restaurants, shops and golf courses...and the movie theatre...hgighly recommend Sea Watch

THE BIGGEST AND BEST ENHANCEMENT WAS THE FRONT GATE SECURITY GUARD….. each and every one of these guys waved and had the BEST smiles to welcome us in!!!!! The afternoon to midnight guy was the BEST. I didn’t have to use 1 brain cell during my stay for EVERYTHING was laid out to us in the welcome check in emails. It was smooth sailing. Had a small issue with the toilet, they came and fixed in no time. Hats off to your team!!!!!

Very very impressed

Wow, I wasn’t sure what to expect for my second time ever staying in Myrtle beach, but was I shocked. The check in was easy, which given there’s no actual “check in” all the ID verification before you get there makes total sense, so no complaints from me so far. Upon arrival to the resort, there’s a nice offloading area to unpack and load up the condo. All staff was nice and accommodating if you’re not with a timeshare the unit was impeccably kept, well decorated and very beachy. It’s just a really nice place to stay to get away in the off season (for me) absolutely 5 stars!!! The owner julie is so accommodating and checked on me to make sure everything was hunky dory- and it really was I didn’t have the least bit of issue. Thank you again Julie you rock!! See you in the fall!

great stay at seawatch as always. Check in was easy and room was nicely equipped. Our 18th time staying at seawatch and our unit was above average. Plusses were the furniture had been updated and very functional. View of the ocean and pool was fantastic. Fridge was ice cold. It was nice there was a broom, we have had units that didn't even have a broom to clean up. A couple of minor issues that didn't affect our stay was the interior doors did not close shut and a couple of small leaks in the tub and sink. Again these did not affect our enjoyment, Overall great experience. Thank you Julie for being a great host.

Perfect view and location

It was easy renting the unit. All questions were answered promptly. My parents who are 90 years old felt the sofa was uncomfortable. The table was very small with hard plastic chairs. Not the most comfy place but the ocean view and location was perfect.

10th Floor fantastic ocean view

The condo for 2 was on the 10th floor with fantastic ocean view, pool view and on the west side of the north tower, but it was shaded from rain and evening sun. The room had great TV’s but the couch was not comfortable and needs replaced. Cooking utensils were sparse if you plan on cooking. The condo did have lots of towels and king bed with nice linens. The resort had a Starbucks onsite plus an on-site breakfast buffet and lunch menu plus food and drinks at the pool tiki bar. There were lots of activities and pool games for kids and adults with a DJ ON Tuesday and Thursday. The condo was super convenient to Tanger outlets Walmart, and some of our favorite restaurants. it’s location was only about 1-2 miles behind tanger outlets on Arcadian Shores beach. BTW the beach, pool, parking garage and condo were all user friendly for adults and children with disabilities
