Welcome into Magnolia Pointe 103/4879 - located at Myrtlewood Golf Resort in the heart of Myrtle Beach, SC. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom, first floor Myrtle Beach condo has incredible views of the lake from the patio!

As you make your way into this beautiful unit - you will first see how spacious it is! With the oversized kitchen, large dining area, and comfortable living room - Magnolia Pointe 103/4879 is perfect for families. The living space area has a large flat-screen television and a comfortable seating area. The kitchen here is fully functional and stocked with all of the necessary utensils, cutlery, and appliances to prepare a gourmet meal or a simple breakfast.

The master bedroom comes with a king bed, a private bathroom, and flat-screen television. In the second bedroom, there is a bunk bed and additional twin bed with an attached second bathroom. In the second bathroom, there is a stand-up shower. You will find it all at your beautiful Myrtle Beach condo at Magnolia Pointe.

Family Time in Myrtle Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My rental experience was great. 4879 #103 had everything my family needed. Would definitely be coming back and i want the same unit...one suggestion...ok maybe two....please put an iron and ironing board. And please put a night stand at bedside...thanks. Otherwise all was well.

Hidden Oasis it is NOT

Major makeover needed. Everything outdated, blood looking stains on bedroom carpet, broken lamp and nightstand in guest bedroom, bad smell in kitchen sink, shower in main bath did not work properly, couch springs seem broken and hard to get off, silverware sticky, no towels or sponge in kitchen to do dishes,, no paper towels or garbage bags to start your stay, toaster dirty, blinds in master fall off when trying to close, tv channels limited and no streaming access, spiders and cockroach found. So uncomfortable went a bought own blankets and pillows, no headboard on master bed. Only positives were location, access to pool was a quick walk and location was great to attractions/beach.

Wonderful stay

I always have a wonderful experience staying at myrtlewood. My family and I stay there every year during the memorial weekend. It makes us feel at home. Everything goes so smooth. The check in process is always easy and great. I have never had a bad experience.

Our room was neat and clean but was very outdated. The furniture in the bedrooms was mismatched and most of it was very scuffed up needing replacement. Living room coffee table looked rough, mismatched lamps, and pictures were hung crooked on walls. Walls and doors are very dirty and scuffed up. Entire unit needs to be repainted. Headboard in master bedroom is detached on right side and others are unstable. Mismatched comforters and falling window blind holder in smaller bedroom. Baseboards in master bath near toilet appear to be molded. Even in the off season, this unit is NOT worth $90.00/night plus the $370.00 in fees- Ridiculous! This unit needs to be taken out of your rental program until repairs and updates can be made. Unfortunately I did not take pictures. This is Building 4879 Unit 103 at Magnolia Pointe. Don’t be deceived by the online pics. Very disappointing for the money!

A beautiful place. Maintained well. Lots of area to walk. Dog park nearby. Only problem was that 2 owners complained that we had a dog. Saying in the by laws, only owners can have dogs, not renters.

Safe and a nice walking area with the dog.

Enjoyed our visit. Only thing was the porch does not get any sun. A mixer would have been nice to have. Clean and maintenance people were quick to come and fix a problem we had with the fans. Good size and location on the ground floor worked well with our dog.

Good location but not very clean. Dishes in cabinets and silverware were dirty. Shower curtain was dirty too. Staff I reserved with were extremely nice and helpful.
