Maisons Sur Mer 1707 at Big Fish Rentals

This oceanfront condo offers stunning views from two balconies, living room, and bedrooms on the 17th floor. Sleeps up to 6 with 1 King and 2 Queens. Located in the exclusive Maisons Sur Mer, it features a well-equipped kitchen, full-sized appliances, LCD TVs, two private bathrooms, oceanside pools, and private balconies. Free WIFI! Conveniently near Ocean Annies for live music and a great beach atmosphere. Short drive to attractions, restaurants, golf, and shopping.

NOTE: Please do not move the storm shutters and furniture and make sure to lock the sliding glass door when you leave the condo for any period of time and after stay.

NOTE: THIS CONDO DOESN'T HAVE ACCESS TO THE GYM. Tiki Bar is now officially closed for the season.
NOTE: The exit gate is currently under repair and remains open. Please avoid leaving valuables in your car and keep windows closed. Be aware of the animals in the area. Security is monitoring the area, though no guard is posted full-time.

Fun in the sky

The views are absolutely amazing. We absolutely loved our condo and would love to stay here each time we come to South Carolina. The condo was spacious and had something for everyone to do ranging from all ages. Can't wait till the next time we visit.

Beach Getaway

This was a short but VERY needed reset for a couple of days listening to the waves and Seagulls. The accommodations are so well situated to Fine dining, Grocery stores and Entertainment. My most favorite amenity, however, is the positioning of the condo unit in relation to the Sunrise!!! The sun rises over the Pier for some unbelievable pictures. Sitting out there with a cup of coffee watching God's Artistry at work was simply unbelievable and calming. Will come back.

Lovely Condo in Well Kept Building

We enjoyed our stay at Maisons Sur Mer. The condo was clean and spacious. There isn’t anything you could possibly want that you won’t find in this condo, but the listing should be updated to reflect the amenities. We brought in so many unneeded items, and it would have been nice to save that space, time and money. There is a very good variety of some kitchen essentials (spices, etc.) which I brought all of, as well as a Keurig coffee maker, which I also brought. There were also beach chairs, boogie boards and lots of other goodies to make your beach experience great. Again, I brought these unnecessarily because the rental agent indicated that we needed to. Unfortunately, the biggest inaccuracy of the listing is that there is a “heated pool.” The pool was anything BUT heated. It was at best 70-74° and that’s probably being generous. This is however, a common theme at Myrtle Beach properties that advertise their outdoor pools as heated. When it drops to 50° at night and the pool is left uncovered, there is no hope of keeping the pool anything but cold. We had full sun, all day, everyday of our stay, and the Atlantic was actually warmer than the pool. I will say, this is one of THE best maintained buildings I have ever stayed in. Everything is impeccably clean in the common areas and the entire place smells great. The security desk staff, the cleaners, and maintenance people were all very friendly and helpful. I would rent here again in a heartbeat!

Big Fish Rentals Lack Integrity and Fiduciary Responsibility

I would not recommend staying anywhere this company rents. The communication is sub par and they are aware of property defects but lack the integrity to take responsibility. They will do whatever they can to keep you deposit, which seems to be a scam they profit from. Julie Baker is a cheat and has displayed zero integrity in my professional opinion. I am a licensed real estate broker and I have reported her company to the local real estate board for careless conduct and fraud.
