Check-in was easy to navigate. The added amenities (Waterpark and pools) were great as well. The condo does look like the pictures and is updated nicely, however cleanness is another topic. I found hair strands on my bed sheets and the beds lay on metal frames. At night, it does get noisy and kinda of an unsafe area to walk around in (liquor store is on the first floor). Ocean view is blocked by a Days Inn from across the street.

My family is very easy-going. We normally don’t complain about much. However, the check-in process was rather long and the room towels and sheets were not clean. A thorough cleaning is important for travelers. Our room was a rushed cleaning job.

The room was very nice, very clean. The pools were horrible, very dirty, there weren't enough places to get rid of the sand. People get into the pools with sand and leave them dirty. The property says it's facing the sea, but it's not facing the ocean. The staff at the check-in was very rude. With a bad face😂. And the surroundings look abandoned, all old. I never give a review, but I hope this will help you in the future if you want to stay here.

Nice place. enjoyed the stay. Only thing that was and issue is all the codes we needed to rememeber and the TV was complacated to work. Took us 20-30 minutes to turn on the TV and then get it to get to the spot to warch live TV. Some instrutions would be nice.
