12th floor + elevator. Relaxing and comfy apartment , walking distance to the beach, can accommodate up to 6 guests. Located close to ocean blvd. and kings Hwy. and all main attractions.

12th floor, Relaxing & comfy place, 2 bedrooms, 2 queen beds, 2 bathrooms, 1 Sofa bed in the living room, small kitchenette to prepare light meals, equipped with all basics, AC, flat screen TVs in bedrooms and living room.
Sheets and linens provided.
Free WiFi and cable TV available.
*Pets are not allowed.
*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are provided for showers only.

Guest Access:
The apartment is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.

Great views with a few short comings

While the view was amazing, the AC system only worked for 1/2 of the place. Maintenance was called twice and said it is working up to par, but the second bedroom door needed to stay open as there was no air flow. The building also lost water, as a guest, i knew more about what was going on than the host. Beds were extremely uncomfortable and made too much noise, that would wake a baby anytime there was movement. There was not a parking pass provided and while we had communication with the host, concerned the car would be towed at anytime.
