One bedroom gorgeous condo at Magnolia Place,

Summary:
3rd floor (must climb stairs), Beautiful, Warm and cozy condo. Very bright and full of light. located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, built around the Myrtlewood Golf Club ground, just off the bypass, minuets from the beach and all main attractions. Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics (condiments are not included)
*Condo sleeps up to 4 guests.
*PET OWNERS: Only fully trained pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved by host. Please contact me for details.

The Space:
1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, Very comfortable condo. Bedroom with 1 King bed and 1 pullout sofa in the living room. Washer and dryer available in the unit.
Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics (condiments are not included) . Dining area open to living room.
Sheets and linens provided.
*Free WiFi and cable TV.
*Pets are allowed with a pet fee. please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.
*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are provided for showers only.

Guest Access:
The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.
*Access the pool with wristbands and pool fob (4 wristbands and 1 pool fob are placed in the kitchen drawer) All wristbands and fob must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken wristband and $100 for pool fob.
*Parking is free.
* motorcycles and trailers are not allowed on premises.

The Neighborhood:
Beautiful quiet neighborhood, just a mile inland near the heart of Myrtle Beach, positioned around the golf course of Myrtlewood golf club. This location featured with BBQ areas, walking trails, beautiful landscaping. Only few minutes away from the beach, Broadway at the Beach, the mall, airport, convention center, wax museum, lots of restaurants, outlets and night clubs.
10 minutes from airport, 5 minutes from Broadway at the beach, 5 minutes from the beach, 15 minutes from Market Commons, 1 minuet From golf course.

*Charging electrical vehicles is not allowed.
*Pool key is photographed before each stay. (pool closes on September 1st)
*Please review my house rules.
*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Pets are not allowed on beds and furniture and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furniture, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.
*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.
*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)
*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)
*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)
*condo is inspected prior to your arrival to make sure all is clean and working properly. please contact me immediately for any questions or concerns.

Please communicate through the site or app only. I recommend that you download the Airbnb app for easier communication. You can call or text to the private number only in case of urgency.

Great location that is super close to all the big Myrtle Beach activities and a real quick drive to the beach. Great condo for two people and was very clean. Really good communication from Emily as well. The property is quiet and has lots of pools accommodate everyone. For baseball parents, this is a good middle location to a lot of the surrounding fields

Great place for getaway

Me and my wife stayed for the weekend and had a great time! We went out quite a bit and everywhere was 10 min or less away. The place was spotless and the host was extremely responsive. All in all, definitely looking forward to staying here again.

We appreciated this spot while preparing for our move to Myrtle Beach. It was clean, comfy and well stocked. A humorous note: the bed is high and bathroom shelves are high. Take a tall person with you and enjoy!

After Christmas trip

Beach vacation

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. We like this property and it is in a very convenient location to restaurants, grocery stores and entertainment. We will definitely be back.

Room was Ok

Emily was nice but the room had issues. The bedroom mirror is cracked and the bathroom tile was busted by the shower. The room was pet friendly but the vacuum didn’t work for us to maintain pet hair. There was also a vape and lipgloss left in the couch and we had to buy a mattress pad as the bed had stains and the sheets kept popping off the corners. There was also no additional pillow cases left for the sofa bed. Emily did say she could bring some but we ended up getting some from Walmart. Community was nice and it was in a good location.

Great little unit, needs a good cleaning and better kitchen supplies.

Some cleanliness issues when we checked in, landlord was supportive and provided cleaning supplies. (??) Balcony is REALLY small, cannot fit more than two small chairs. Location is great, shopping nearby. Kitchen in desperate need of cooking supplies - again - Landlord very receptive and said it would be remedied. Communication with Landlord was excellent.

Neighborhood

The property was nice, it was a good location an clean. The negatives were no elevator, going up an down 3 long flights of stairs was a lot. The biggest disappointment was the security at the pool was racist. Everyday he asked for pool Bands from us but never asked any of the other guests for theirs an they were white. We definitely felt singled out.

Great location, nice condo, looks exactly as advertised. Equipped with everything you need and little extras until you are able to get to the store. Nice pool, bed is comfortable, furniture is nice, clean. Nice quiet neighborhood close to everything. You wont regret staying here. Highly recommend!
