Our deck is the perfect place to sit back, relax and watch as the clouds wistfully dance across the horizon over the Atlantic Ocean. Inside you will find over 1,400 SF, 9th floor, of the perfect mixture of tasteful nautical touches, luxurious furnishings, and a simply elegant, no-clutter feel. New, wood flooring throughout. Every room provides such an inviting atmosphere…DESIGNED FOR RELAXATION!

The Maisons Sur Mer is a secure building, complete with a security desk at the entry of the lobby. Amenities include an oceanfront pool, tennis courts, and a bar/lounge that offers terrific food and drinks to enjoy while looking out to the pool deck and ocean. You can even see Apache Pier, which is within walking distance. Just across the street you will find a great little restaurant that tosses a terrific pizza! There are LOTS of restaurants and places for retail and outlet shopping within a few short miles. Drive out a little further in either direction on Highway 17 and hit Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, live theaters, waterparks and many other tourist attractions! Within a gated community, closely located to many shops, restaurants and things to do.

Beach Getaway

The condo is clean and updated. Rooms were organized without clutter. Washer and dryer worked perfectly. Condo was stocked with towels, beach chairs, boogie board and many kitchen utensils and dishes if you prefer to cook although we mostly ate out. Stunning beach views. Poolside bar with fair priced drinks and friendly bartenders. Easy beach access from the pool area. There were some pool restrictions like no floats, toys or balls, which were a bummer for the kids, however they also have cornhole and a basketball hoop poolside so it worked out. Restaurants, bars and icecream shop in walking distance.

Opinion

Furniture a bit uncomfortable. Couch to low to floor. Hard to get up. Dehumidifier rather noisy. Not use to have to keep lights on by entrance in order to use outlet by lamp at end of couch. Tricky Electrical configuration.

Beautifully decorated and cozy, We loved it

I am a paraplegic and there was so much special I could get around with ease. I did have to use smaller transport chair for bathroom and kitchen, but that was no big deal. Great communication the entire vacation.. Stress free, so perfect!

Vacation 2021

This property is amazing. Great location, very clean. Security is present everyday. The umbrella & chairs that are available to use out of the room were greatly appreciated. Kitchen & bathroom were fully stocked with all utensils & toiletries necessary for a great getaway. Balcony is wonderful (u get shade all day long) with an amazing view of the ocean. Highly recommend, we will return!!

Missing it already!!

We had a great experience at this oceanfront condo! We were 2 adults and 2 kids (14 and 12) and had plenty of space! We had no issues - it was clean and well stocked. The location is ideal! We had coffee on the balcony every morning - walked the beach daily- just absolutely loved staying here! It was nice to have access to a pool, bar and restaurant if we didn’t feel like cooking! Would definitely stay here again!!

OUTSTANDING CONDO!!

Let me say this. We have stayed in this building in multiple condos and our friends own in this building. This condo by far out shines any of the ones we have been in. Updated all around. Updated floors, updated kitchen and appliances, all amenities you need are there for you. Personal touches by the owners and the management company make this the condo of choice. I wish I the money to purchase this condo. It was by far the best one we stayed at on this property. We will be staying in this one again!!!

Wonderful getaway

Location and layout of this condo is excellent. All the amenities you could need for a relaxing home away from home. Beach view was awesome. Only complaint is that the couch was covered in some kind of pet hair. We covered it with towels so we didn’t get all over our clothes. Everything else was very clean and beds were comfortable. We had a great time!

Amazing!!

We sincerely enjoyed staying here. The property was exactly like the pictures. It is a beautiful decorated condo with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Really appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels available for use. We will definitely be back and plan to stay again.

Beautiful Views!

Location, Location! As soon as you open the front door, the beautiful ocean view is in front of you. Ocean views can be enjoyed from each room. The unit was comfortable, clean, and well stocked. We would have enjoyed sitting and dining on the balcony, but there isn’t enough comfortable seating.

We enjoyed thoroughly the days we were on this house.Only drawback was the hot water we didn’t get on the first day we arrived but it was taken care on the next morning after contacting the property maintenance and manager.

Lovely Condo with Wonderful Ocean Views

My only complaint is that the photos showed 2 rocking chairs on the balcony, yet there was but one. The listing reads up to 6 people could stay. I have no idea how 6 people could enjoy one rocker. As for us, it was only me and my best friend, and we’re getting older. I picked the place because of the 2 rockers, so we could rock and talk and enjoy the ocean view. As it was, we had to take turns, alone. That was a real joy-kill. I did ask about this and was told the other rocker broke and that the owner was trying to replace it. Honestly, this disappointed me. But, other than that, I loved it, and will return, if they put another rocker on the balcony 😏.
