Walk in tiled shower, brand new kitchen with granite countertop and stainless-steel appliances, new paint throughout, flooring, furniture and modern decor. This immaculate suite is located on the 14th floor (top floor!!) of resort in the heart of Myrtle Beach. Just minutes away from Broadway at the Beach, Convention Center, Sports Center and more!

This suite has 2 queen-size beds in the bedroom, and a Murphy bed and sleeper sofa that can sleep up to 6 guests. With a relaxing, modern ambiance, it is the most comfortable place for your next stay. Private, direct oceanfront balcony presents spectacular view of the Atlantic Ocean. This is the scene you have long desired. Before going out on the beach, prepare your meals and snacks in brand new kitchen. You will find some basic condo supplies upon your arrival. In the evening, sip your hot chocolate while enjoying the breeze of the ocean.

This Oceanfront resort is located on the beach on the Atlantic Ocean, 5.6 miles from Myrtle Beach State Park and 1.2 miles from the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade's shops and restaurants. Myrtle Beach International Airport is 4.3 miles away.

Guests have access to Boardwalk Resort indoor/outdoor pool area. There is 1 parking space per suite.

Boardwalk Resort is located within walking distance to many stores, restaurants, and more.

All suites managed by us have code locks for the doors, so there is no need to waste time checking in at the front lobby, all access codes will be sent to you on the day of check in by 4pm. Parking passes as well as pool wristbands (where required) will already be waiting for you in your suite. All rooms are fully furnished and equipped with basic kitchen utensils such as silverware and plates/bowls.

For anyone wishing to bring their dog, only our suites at Patricia Grand allow them. Inquire for more information on these units.

Upon check in, linens for each bed and towels for each person will be available in the room, along with starter items such as trash bags, toilet paper, and soaps. Any additional items needed will come at a small fee. Items such as beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. are not provided by us but can be rented from the lifeguards on the beach.

Our locations are privately owned and rented by off-site management, so all questions or requests must me made by contacting us. The front desks will have none of your information and will not assist you.

In the event of mandatory evacuation order for our area full refund will be issued. We will have no further liability regarding your reservation. In the event of inclement weather in other areas prohibiting guests from getting to Myrtle Beach, there will be no refund. We will have no liability with respect to the reservation. We recommend travelers purchase insurance, especially during the months with higher potential for inclement weather (e.g. hurricane season).

Great Stay

Everything was great with our stay! I have a couple of suggestions that might benefit other guests. 1) Extra blankets might be nice on the beds, and mattress topper for comfort 2) Ice trays 3) Bath mat that allows for drainage yet when you are showering to remove sand you are not continuing to stand in the sand Overall it was an incredibly relaxing stay! Beautiful views, great weather and everyone was very nice and quite helpful. (The first morning we realized our carafe from the coffee maker was broken, they replaced it within the hour. Can't be on vacation without coffee!) Thank you to Grace and Coastal properties!
