New listing 2024 Two bedroom renovated villa with new mattresses. It’s located on the 1st floor of Richmond Park in Kingston Resort. The Villa has a beautiful living/dining area and a fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops. A large private balcony is available for outside entertaining or lounging with a full view of the lake in the foreground of the Atlantic Ocean just through the trees. It features free parking and free high-speed Wifi (400 Mbps).

Kingston Resort is a 145-acre community on the beach. The gated entrance provides 24/7 safety and security in this family-friendly environment. Noise being on downstairs. Could not sleep good . Bed linen were clean but sand crumbs present . Dishes were not that cleaned . Specially pans . Other than that set up was good . Can hear upstairs creaking noise . Close to beach , nice area .
