Our spacious Royale Palms condo has it all. It is professionally decorated with spacious living and dining area, a full kitchen, full bath room for each bed room with granite counter top throughout, and a laundry room with full size washer and drier. A private 250 sq. huge balcony runs the length of the unit and has spectacular views of the ocean and the lake. If you need a bigger space, our condo can be rented as a 3 bedroom with additional lockout unit.

There is Myrtle Beach, and there is Kingston Plantation's Myrtle Beach.

Royale Palms at Kingston Plantation is Myrtle Beach's newest and grandest oceanfront resort. Special rate for long term winter rental is available.

Very spacious.

The property is beautiful. There was enough room for all the members attending the conference to be together instead of separate rooms. If the conference is held next year at the Hilton Resort we will try again to stay at the Royal Palms.

A lot of room to spread out!

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was very big and gave us a lot of room to spread out and not be on top of each other. The balcony area was huge and a major plus for me. The kids had their own space away from the adults with the kitchen in the middle so the flow of the area worked great and there was tons of storage space in the closets. The hotel group it was with offered unlimited possibilities and we probably never even had to leave the property other than a quick run for food and toilet paper. There was a ton to do there and the shuttle will even take you up to the outlet mall which is a mile or so down the road. Fabulous location and amenities. The only negatives are that we had to buy toilet paper after day 1 (so make sure to take your own), and there is a closet in the bathroom that is in total disarray and doesn’t really go with the how the rest of the place is kept. We would definitely stay here again!

Spacious and comfortable with minor issues

Overall, I am pleased with our stay at this property. The positives: spacious room, comfortable, nice location in Myrtle Beach, clean, plenty of parking. Negatives: could use some updating, particularly with the carpet and living room furniture, this is a 24-story building that only has 3 elevators (only two were working during the entire stay), and it is difficult to get in touch with the owner if there is an issue. I initially thought there was an electrical issue in the master bathroom and attempted to contact the phone number that was printed on the information sheet. I did not get a response but luckily I realized that for whatever reason, the electrical outlet in the bath consistently trips but just needs to be reset each time. Probably still a problem, but at least it is an easy fix!

Wonderful Stay

We absolutely loved this condo! It’s spacious, clean, and right on the beach, you can’t beat the location. Plus the property offered lot of amenities! The patio was our favorite place to relax with a coffee while listening to the waves. The unit was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It could use a little sprucing up here and there, but overall, it was a wonderful stay!

The BEST home away from home experience!!

Every time I come to Myrtle Beach whether for work conferences, fraternity conferences or just a get-a-way, the Royale Palms is where I always stay. This time it was no different and I felt right at home. The rooms were comfortable and my family really loved the villa. I contacted the property management one time and they were prompt on the response. The only issue I had was the lighting in the unit, but that wasn't a big issue. I hope this villa will be available on my next visit to NMB and thank you a wonderful, comfortable and enjoyable stay!!

Poorly maintained unit

Place we stayed the facility was nice but the unit we stayed in was old and rundown, furniture was so filthy didn’t wanna sit on it the carpet was all bumpy and almost tripped the kitchen sink faucet was so loose I couldn’t get cold water. The area was beautiful and would recommend it but not that poorly Maintained unit.
