Located in Myrtle Beach, SC, Sands Beach Club is an exclusive private resort with amenities such as heated pools, hot tubs, a private ocean balcony, gym, tennis court, and free WiFi. The resort is conveniently located within walking distance of Ocean Annies, offering live music by the beach, and a short drive from popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping areas including Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, and Ripley's Aquarium.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Notice – Spectrum Internet Installation (Sept–Oct 2025):
Building-wide internet upgrades will take place from September 8, 2025, for about 4–6 weeks. Expect daytime drilling (8 am–6 pm), construction noise, and workers will access the units.

- All units must be serviced to ensure the proper treatment.
Pest control takes place on the first Saturday of each month.
