The Space:

Located on the 14th floor of the Driftwood Tower, this budget-friendly, completely renovated condo is fully furnished and can comfortably accommodate 4 guests. You also have a private balcony where you can enjoy an amazing Northern view of the Atlantic Ocean.



As of April 2024, this condo has been completely renovated, featuring some truly beautiful updated. We could not be more excited to share them with you! For starters, in the main living space a new king size bed was installed as well as a brand-new couch that converts to a sleeper sofa! A new 65 inch, flatscreen TV was also mounted in the living space as well. In the closet shelving was installed to allow guests more space to store things.



The owner truly spared no expense, out with the old and in with the new. In the bathroom the tub was removed, and, in its place, a new walk-in shower was installed that was beautifully tiled. New granite counter tops were also installed along with a new, vanity, large LED mirror that turns on by waving your hand in front of it, and higher seated toilet. In the kitchen all new cabinets were installed along with a new tile backsplash, and granite counter tops. The appliances were also updated with a new convection oven and fridge. Guests will love the floating shelves that were newly installed above the oven. Lastly in between the kitchen and main living space is a custom built in counter area with stools for guests to sit and enjoy meals!



While the Sea Mist is a 65-year-old complex, we have gone above and beyond to ensure that this unit is FAR from the average booking experience at a hotel. Past guests truly love the space, and we appreciate the fact that they treat it as if it were their own.



Be sure to pack light! All towels, toiletries, bedding, and linens are provided. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. We also provide 8 towels and 8 washcloths per bathroom.



While we do our absolute best to ensure that all our condos are cleaned, prepared, and comfortable for all of our guests, we do want to note that this resort is over 60 years old. Our rates reflect the age of the resort, décor, and condition of the amenities. We encourage all of our guests to do their own due diligence on the resorts and the area on all of our listings!
