As you enter the Myrtle Beach Resort you feel your stress ebb away. The grounds are soothing and the true start to your vacation has arrived. As you drive through and see the amazing things to do, you will be hard pressed to unpack before you are enjoying your vacation. Our unit, which was recently renovated , is waiting your pleasure. Broadband wireless access (free) is available throughout the resort. We, as owners, want to share the comfort and convenience of our second home with all of you. Relaxation, comfort, and choices are what vacations are all about, you will find that here in our condominium, at the Myrtle Beach Resort. The choices can take you out to the Grand Strand where they are endless or allow for a simple dinner and relaxing evening on the 25-foot-long balcony watching the people go by and the sun settle in the west or just read a book and look up into the endless view of the ocean. Our condominium provides accommodations for up to six people, tile/wood floors throughout, newly decorated with paint, furniture, upgraded bathrooms, and new mattresses. Smart TVs in the living room and bedrooms with apps and DIRECTV. On-site security so you can relax as you children wander around outside. Enjoy live entertainment at the tiki bar and relax in the lazy river or 1 of 5 pools in season. Pizza restaurant, Tiki Bar, ice cream stands and endless karaoke fun for your convenience. Please note, 'Renters must be at least 25 years old. Beds are made when you arrive. The thing we cannot provide is the smiles, but rest assured your family will all leave with them, as well as wonderful memories of a great vacation.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was perfect for us and we had plenty of room. It was newly renovated which was amazing. P.s my girls said the twin beds were so comfy they didn't want to leave them in the mornings ☺️.

Everything that was needed right in 1 location

Had a great stay for 7 nights at bobs property. Never had any issues with anything or anyone. Short walk to the pools and beach.Definately will consider this place in the future

We enjoyed staying at the resort with all the activities, people and the beach! But at our unit we had no cable tv because the owner had disconnected the chords. Also there were bugs in the unit. We had to stream programs but could not watch current tv

Great stay at Myrtle Beach Resort 528B

We enjoyed our stay at MB Resort 528B. The resort and condo were as described and shown in photos. The condo was clean and comfortable with a nice side view of the ocean. As others mentioned, we appreciated that linens and towels were included and cleaning items were available. If you’ve ever rented other condos or beach houses, you know these are usually provided at additional cost. My son enjoyed the basketball court and I enjoyed the short walk to the beach. First week of August is always busy at MB, so there were lots of people as expected. Being on 5th floor, I was surprised we rarely had to wait for the elevator. The resort offered plenty of different size carts that made loading and unloading easy. The laundry room was conveniently close by on 5th floor and open 7am-11pm. Parking was hit or miss depending on time of day. There seemed to be more spaces available for compact cars than SUVs, and security will ask you to move your SUV. All that said, we had a great stay and would recommend 528B.

My family and I had a blast in Myrtle Beach. I highly recommend this condo. The beach is in walking distance, plenty of pools on site. They also have basketball, tennis, and pickle ball courts. Parking spaces were abundant. My kids are already asking when are we going back.

The condo was so clean, had a great view, and it was so nice to have the beds made for you when you get there. WIFI worked great and pools were beautiful. We ate at the bar and grill the first night and the seafood was outstanding!! Will definitely stay here again. Thank you to our host and all the workers that kept all the grounds clean and beautiful. Great shopping nearby too! Enjoy!

Bob's property was exactly as listed. He was very responsive, the condo was clean and well stocked. Centrally located with easy access to the beach. My kids are already asking to come back to the same place!

Clean and updated

The room was very clean and I loved the king size bed. We were at this resort for a dance competition and the resort offered just what we needed. Only issue was the parking. When we would come back late for our events it was very difficult to find a place to park. This has nothing to do with the room owners just the property.

We enjoyed our stay at Robert’s condo. The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The walk in shower was nice for older adults. The keypad lock made check in and check out very easy. Robert was an excellent host.

Excellent stay again!!

This was our 3rd visit to Myrtle Beach Resort and we’ve stayed in this condo all 3 times. The unit is clean, stocked with all your initial essentials, has a very pretty view of the ocean and conveniently located in between both outdoor pools and steps away from the indoor pool and laundry. Bob is fantastic. Super fast in responding and allowed us fo arrive prior to check in as the room was ready early. Highly recommend this unit . . . Look no further! We can’t wait for our next stay :)

Not what we were expecting

Wish we could have rated our stay with more stars but there were definitely some issues. We arrived on a Saturday and were ready to kick our shoes off...only to discover the floors were very sticky. So our shoes were on whenever we were in the condo.Our son slept on the pullout couch. The sheets did not fit the mattress and there was a sheet that was clearly not clean...i don't even know what the "stain" was???? Gross!!! Monday morning comes around and CONSTRUCTION starts on the condo next door jackhammering etc.. It went on every day through Friday..jackhammering etc.. So loud that we would hurry up to get out. Also not sure if its allowed but the hallway was always stinking of smoke. As a family of 4 we couldn't take showers back to back the hot water didn't last long.I will say the beds were comfortable, the condo did have everything you needed.ct.sayring

Property was nice,BUT I do have a complaint re the pool.We only managed to get no the pool once, and only for a very short time, because the water was cold. I asked the gentleman that was looking after the pool & hot tub, and he told me the water in the pool was 81degrees. We have stayed in a number of condos in MB over the past years, and never had a pool that was that cold.
