Camelot by the Sea features a great outdoor pool deck with a stunning lawn with lounge chairs and umbrella tables. Camelot's indoor pavilion with a glass front and potted plants contain a lazy river, free-form pool, a small toddler pool, and a spa tub. Stroll down the ocean boulevard to enjoy the many restaurants and shops in the area

This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat it as you would your home. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7. Please contact us if you need anything.



The door is managed by a code lock and you will not have to check-in at the front desk. You will receive this code on the day of your arrival(in the welcome email that is sent to you). So no waiting in those long lines to check in.

Camelot By Order of the King

We loved the view, the indoor as well as outdoor pool and hot tub areas. The proximity to the boardwalk and all you can eat buffets. The bar Bummz next door was convenient. The condo was clean and we will definitely be staying again.

Great view, room was dated. Unfortunately had cockroaches near sink and bathroom

Pools were great and would be great for a family with small kids. Very clean outside and lots of fun places close to condo. Room itself needs to be exterminated and could use updating.

The view from the balcony was spectacular. The communication with the host/rental company was really good. The people before us broke the coffee carafe and the host bought a brand new coffee pot and had it delivered to us. There were no garbage bags in the huge box under the sink. They brought a whole big box. Previous renters must have taken them. The room needs some sprucing up with sheetrock repairs and paint. It was very clean though.The area where The Camelot is, is very sketchy. There were many homeless people. And from what locals told us, they said it isn’t a safe area. So we didn’t venture out on foot.

The property was very clean. Everything we needed was provided with even beach chairs. The view from the balcony was amazing. The only negative was the room is right in front of the elevator. You can hear more than you may want, even in the middle of the night.

Loved the location and view from the balcony! The condo is just soso. But it was great for my family of 6. We didnt spend much time in the room. It worked for our needs! Kids loved the pool, lazy river, and we all loved the beach access & how close it is to fun attractions!

Great location, amazing views!

We have had a great week! Kids had a blast in the pool and lazy river! Temps were amazing! We were bummed that dunkin donuts was gone, but starbucks is just across the road! The hallway lights are bright in the bedroom and the kitchen has zero counter space but none of this ruined our trip! Beds were comfy. Bathroom is good size! The team was so easy to communicate with and so helpful! Thanks for a great vacation!

The views were amazing. However, this condo and much of the property were old and dated. Not what I was hoping for. Property manager was responsive. Location was good and easy to walk to anything you needed.

Grandma bonding time,

I took my 7 month old granddaughter to the beach, so mommy and daddy could get refreshed from their little night parties. I was very pleased with our stay. Right on the beach. The room was as pictured. I know I read some bad reviews about it being dated. It’s not dated it’s beach decor. Truly I spent very little time in the room. The view was amazing!

Great Location but not clean

The location is amazing and the space is a good size. It is also very quiet even with being right by the elevator. However the place is not clean. The shower curtain has mold on it. The curtains on the slider have mold. The walls are in bad shape and there are a few holes in the bathroom ceiling that look like they have been stuffed with paper towels. The bathtub is horribly stained. The chair in the living room is so stained I would not sit on it. The light from the outside hallway is so bright that the room is not dark for sleeping. The condo definitely needs some TLC. Again, the location and the view is amazing.
